Will take a scene over a PMV 10 out of 10 times.
For me personally it is like 98% HMV, 1% PMV and 1% scenes. If it wasn’t for the amount of HMVs that have been scripted I never would’ve got into scripts in the first place.
For me HMVs are just more fun and stimulating. There is an extra level of intensity and weight when the music matches the animations perfectly. If I want something more slow-paced or story-focused I’d rather read doujin.
Only time I’ll take a hmv/pmv is if I like the music. A lot of them usually have really intense songs that are all similar to one another which I get tired of pretty easily. I need some more laid back slow jams.
I would say, real scene would only make sence for me if it have multiaxis, so script can really match the show.
And some sort of HMV or PMV or CockHero - it’s scripts really mostly match rhytm\music, not actual movements, so can be singeaxis
I dont share the taste in music most mv creators seem to have, so a lot of the time I only watch them if its a good compilation of content haha.
I prefer VR scenes but I’ve ditched Windows and don’t have an easy way to connect my headset/osr2+. So I’ve canceled my subscriptions and just rely on PMVs at this point.
One thing I’ve noticed since the switch is that I never really got a lot of value out of the full scenes/VR. Much too intense. It was basically 10 minutes tops. With PMV/CH, I can have much longer sessions like 30-60 minutes or more.
I personally like a good mix, but end of the day I prefer VR and realistic. I like to warm up with PMV/HMV etc. and then i can roll for a while with a real scene in 2d, but i almost always end up going vr for the real good/fun time.
I do see a TON of HMV which is sort of overkill. I don’t enjoy it that much, but I do like that hmv’s can “go places” that you cannot go with real scenes.
…recently discovered an actual case use for pass through VR i can get into. Set a girl from a scene up in the right spot, and she’ll do her thing on one side of you, whilst you’re watching PMV’s and hypno shit on your mega bedroom porn screen on the other.
So you can have your cake, and eat it all night long, if you wish…
Personally, it difficult to concentrate, so I don’t prefer it.
It’s interesting to see the different preferences everyone has in this thread.
For me, I rarely ever watch scenes, always have PMV/HMV/Cock Hero/Dance content on.
Syncing to the beat is the whole reason I got into this automated toy world!
I do agree with others that it’s a higher bar of script, video, and music all have to be good and attuned to my preferences which isn’t always the case.
Recently I’ve been mixing in hentai scene scripts to give a break to the intensity between HMVs though.
Yeah i much prefer scenes with action scripts than pmvs, altho there are some great pmvs that are multiscript i.e have a music based script and also have an action based script.
The first ever script i tried on the handy was a pmv one “Brainmelter Cock Hero Challenge”..good god..i used that to death..that is a great example of a short pmv that “does the job” lol
Mainly tho i use action based VR scripts, that takes it to the next level. HMV’s i just dont understand..why we jerkin off to cartoons now?? Tons of amazing scenes just witing to be scripted/watched and people are jerking it to animated characters? I personally dont get it..but i get everyone has their “thing”. Same with pixelated JAV.. Huh? we jerkin it to minecraft now?
