Not a script author here, but HUGE fan of bukkake.moe and EuroScripts. Recently bukkake.moe had become my go to site to “warmup” before heading over to SLR. In addition to features you mentioned, I liked that there were categories, suggestions, liked videos to easily find later. Search and keywords. Also to subscribe and follow a poster, recent uploads etc. Lots of great interface from a user perspective. Also great to try many scripts out before deciding which ones I really liked and wanted to download for offline use. Links to EuroScrips would be good for that as you mentioned.
Very cool of you to apologize and work with authors and this community to try and make things work. Being transparent is the way to go. Hope it can build back up again to that 500 clip library (and more). Having a patreon or donations feature would be desirable to me if I were a script author. Glad to see you are working that in for those that want it. Sorry for gushing, but I was really digging the site before you did the reboot.
Thank you for your open and transparent thread and following the advice to start from scratch. Often it will turn out even better, if you start from new.
I like the overall concept and idea of that site and would use it myself. I also think it’s good for the community, because of the very easy use. I always wanted a site, where you can just stream the video and script, so you don’t have to download everything.
I’d love to upload my scripts myself and then present them in every of my script threads “Stream all of my scripts on Bukkake.moe” - something like this.
The concern I have comes with the copyright of the video. If I see it correctly, you have to upload the video, right? Is there no way to embed the video from the original source? Could it even play the script, when just embeded? I am not a programmer nor have any knowledge, when it comes to create a website. But uploading the videos would be against copyright. Me as a user, wouldn’t even get much consequences, if it comes to a report. But you as the admin would have face the consequences.
That’s the only concern I have with that site and why I would hold myself back uploading stuff there.
I hope to see everything working out.

Is there no way to embed the video from the original source?
I believe the original source would have to support embedding. Embedding usually means the original host site doesn’t get any ad revenue but still has to foot the bill for hosting the video, which is obviously not in their favor.
But uploading the videos would be against copyright.
Copyright only matters if people can enforce it. e.g. SpankBang, MEGA, pre-2021 Pornhub, pre-4/6/22 bukkake.moe
hope everything works out, the idea and convenience of it is pretty awesome. would love to see a good amount of content on there with the community acceptance.

You have some cool ideas yet it’s also true that there has to be copyright in place. We had this discussion in the past Legal aspects of script creation and distribution. Glad to see there was a communication with the community

Posted copyrighted material will just have to be removed. every porn site handles this by either seeing it themselves or receiving a DCMA.
The original plan was to do embeded videos rather than uploading, unfortunately this doesn’t work.
basically, I need access to the video playback (play, pause, timecode) which relays to the handy and buttplug.
embedding videos creates an “iframe” which blocks any info I try to get.
This is cool and all that you’re coming forward, but just because the site isn’t currently making a profit, that doesn’t make it a non-profit. Assuming the site stays up and continues getting support, eventually revenue will exceed cost and you’ll be making a profit. What would make this a non-profit is your plan for that money.
Get a plan together and post that. You could donate that profit here to Eroscripts or use it to bolster your site. Another possibility would be to distribute it amongst the scripters by some means. Perhaps a lottery or a community vote?
That is a really good point, the original plan was if the site makes more than cost it was just be put aside and used for future payments.
I do like the idea of giving back towards scripters, but that would have to be figured out how to fairly distribute. which might cause problems.
But this is all open to discussion.
Profits could also be donated towards charity as well.
Considering that very few porn movies ever are considered public domain, I am not certain how you will find content not violating copyright…
Remember that DMCA only covers US sites, and doesn’t completely protect you from getting sued into oblivion.
With a public site, that can paint a big target on your back, unless you partner up, and then I doubt you can keep all the profits yourself.
Even if you call it non-profit, you are making a profit on their content, and you can only go truly non-profit, by registering as such.,. (which means you need to go completely public…)
P.S. I am all for the concept, just don’t want anyone to get into trouble because they didn’t think it through…
I think that in the near future, script authors will start posting their scripts on your site and it will be necessary to increase the amount of information storage, even now there is a limit of 500mb, and this limits either the quality or the time of the video. It is better to leave ads for now, this will help cover future expenses. (As an encouragement to developers, you can turn off ads on their accounts 
)

Yeah, and that’s what worries me about that and why I holding my self back on contributing to that site. Copyright is kinda annoying, but it’s there, I do want to respect it, I don’t want to get in trouble for that. As much as I like the idea of that site, the whole copyright thing is a big problem.
The site is also completey open and everybody can see what is uploaded and by who. In my opinion it’s just a matter of time, until copyright strikes.

Thinking out loud here. Your hesitation is a valid point. Is there a work around? Like you giving verbal permission to the site owner to use your scripts. Then he could upload them and credit you (if you wanted). Would that give you some distance from posting there directly? And still give you control over which scripts you wanted to share. I was a fan of that site pre reboot and trying to brainstorm ways that are agreeable to all parties involved.
@basicgirl Script authors could also post links with their uploads on Bukkake.moe to Patreon (or similar) so that inclined fans of their work could donate to them directly correct?

I wonder how much of this can be automated?
Like, if a scripter can opt into something, and then a bot automatically pulls the video and script of all future posts onto the site

I think part of that would depend on if bots are allowed to scrape the forums here for data or not.
Your site is the only way I have used my Handy over the last 6 months. All other ways of playing back funscripts require me to A) fill up my computer with porn and B) use a PC which is extremely inconvenient since 99% of the time I just want to lay in bed with my iPad.
People are going to hate me for saying this, but if I’m being totally honest, I find the concept of people “selling” scripts to be on the level of people selling houses in Minecraft. It’s taking something fun that thrives off of community engagement and killing that for… what… $5? I am a scripter and I saw a few of my own scripts being uploaded by others. I could care less. The idea of needing credit and/or a couple bucks in my pocket for every script I did would just feel petty and greedy.
On the other hand, I recognize it’s not for me to decide for others. I also recognize copyright is a real thing and you have to play by the rules if you want to allow people to upload.
In a perfect world, people would fuck on camera and scripters would make scripts for the love of porn alone. In a perfect world your site would also be compatible with multi-axis scripts but I digress
