what browser are you on?

I’m using Chrome.

what happens if you go to a post, like https://discuss.eroscripts.com/t/deco-27-telepathy-april-fools-2025/246771, and then press F5? Sometimes the page needs to be manually refreshed

No luck. I’ve restarted the browser, and my computer between tries, and still nothing.

I’m not able to replicate, even after installing on a fresh chrome.

to check, you installed https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo , and the userscript you have looks like this in your browser?:

the red (1) means it’s active. If that is displaying, then there’s something else going on, maybe your site layout is somehow different from mine. If it is not displaying, then it’s not recognizing the website, maybe the URL is different.

That is the one I have installed, but there it says that there is no script running. Even though it is enabled. I don’t see any option to start the script in TamperMonkey.

This is the URL I currently have for this post

This is what the one that you asked me to test looks like

I’m not sure how much, if any of this extra info will help, but I figured that it can’t hurt to share.

I’ll share this as well, just in case it helps. The only thing I changed was adding that @include line.

That indicates the userscript isnt even installed, or it’s not enabled for the right url somehow.

click that

and see if you can find the script in there even. should look like this:

That’s exactly what it looks like in mine. The ‘3 h’ is red because I tried updating it, but no updates were found.

might be a bit much, but can you try with Firefox or Edge or some other browser? I can’t make sense of why it isn’t working at all. Are you on a windows machine or a mac/linux?

I’m on Windows 10. I can try another browser.

It worked right away on Firefox.

I tried on Brave, does not work.
How to install the extension in Firefox, I can not acces it (it says I need to download it through Chrome)?

I got it to show up in Chrome. I had to remove TamperMonkey and re-add it, not sure why. I also enabled the developer mode for it, but I’m not sure if that had an impact or not.

if youre on firefox just get violentmonkey

idk man, your guess is as good as mine, i was stumped

TY for your help!

I’m playing around with this now that I have it set up and working and have a couple questions.

Is there a way to add downloaded videos and scripts to it? I tried adding the file path from File Explorer, but that doesn’t seem to work.

It also doesn’t seem to be able to play videos hosted on Mega. Do you know if that is possible as well?

it’s completely up to IVE to handle the links, so if it doesn’t work on Mega, it’s probably because the link you put in is to a folder. Mega links are weird, and annoying, because of their encryption thing. Sometimes you can’t view the videos directly, which can break how IVE detects the video element on the page.

No, there’s no support for local files yet, but it’s planned. It will never be as good for that purpose as something like Stash, however.

I keep getting this error and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix it.
