If anybody else gets this same issue and is using 0.3.5, finish importing everything in 0.2.0 and then you can copy the database over.

Once 0.3.6 is out this will be fixed so the import queue wont be a problem when migrating.

tested on a library with 1500 items and old 2.0 imports.

  • fixes legacy 2.x import queue compatibility
  • prevents old tag/object shapes from crashing the preview, sidebar, and /api/videos

known issues: Local videos return 404

A lot of this release is focused on making the app feel more complete as an actual local library instead of just an importer.

Hello, i’m surely doing something wrong, but i need help, my erodeck won’t send script files to ive.

To explain better, when i load some video+script clicking play in erodeck, the video starts, but no script is sent to the extension\software.

Wierdly enough, the EVE extension native menu, that loads the video+script directly from the eroscript thread, works.
And after running that video+script once from there, that specific script is loaded from erodeck as well.
(i assume this last behaviour i described is due to the fact that ive companion downloads the script, and leave it in the folder).

I’ve no clue what i’m doing wrong

IVE had an overhaul, which is why EroDeck is no longer working with IVE. However, the IVE developer is already working on it. He’s making a downgraded version, which might work with EroDeck again. Hope this info helps! :slightly_smiling_face:

Bro I checked a couple of days and seen only float video and there wasnt any other option ,good that dev works for downgraded version. Also I found out you can just roll back to previous version just by going into extension archive but I found problem that on chrome/opera its fine but dosent have that invert script option if you got a stand ,but on mozilla it got everything but for some reason script dont play with vidoes

Here is the update to the “Legacy” version which should work with EroDeck again. (hopefully)

Thanks to iveplay for his time and effort.

EDIT: After testing it out i can say that its working again, after deleting the new extension and adding the Legacy one you have to restart your browser and it should work how it was before.

The legacy version should still work, but I’ll see if I can make the new version work too for those interested!

I kind of forgot about this, will make an effort to support external libs like this! :ok_hand:

If it wouldn’t cause too much trouble or require too much extra work, that would honestly be amazing. I’d definitely be interested in it.

Would it also be possible to somehow import the EroDeck library into Iveplay and have it work with the Companion? If so, I’d really appreciate it and would definitely be interested in using it.

That being said, only if other people are interested in having the same thing as well. I have no problem staying on the Legacy version as long as everything continues to work as it should. In my opinion, implementing something like this solely for one interested person would probably be a waste of your time, even though I’m sure you want to make things work for as many people as possible.

So as long as I’m the only one interested in this, I wouldn’t want you to go out of your way or put extra work into it just for me. But thank you so much for the really generous offer! I genuinely appreciate it.

I fine with Erodeck cause ,you gotta respect Archon for doing script library that very compact ,but It also would be good for others to have option to use also a IVE libraby .As a guy with over 5000 scripts it would be nice to have another library thats cloud stored and not tied to one device.
