“latest” probably means that specific version doesnt matter or something
some var files belong to creators who usually sell them on services like patreon which is why you will not find them on vamhub
it can also be that the creator got banned or deleted their account and their files are no longer available
on top of that in some cases part of the dependencies are not needed at all
many var files are made poorly they have wrong references, are packed with copies of the same things from other creators and so on
so i would only start worrying about missing files/error logs when it actually has a negative impact on the look or the scene you are using
i recommend using SharpVaMTools → SharpVaMTools
it is a powerful tool but most importantly for you it searches dependencies in its database and the vast majority of files will be available there
of course this is piracy so ask yourself whether you want to use it 
if you do not want to do this just tell me what you need and i will share the missing files with you. i have almost 2tb of that and it is still growing
