So I figured out my own problem. I had to add the FUNSR1 as a virtual COM port in windows device manager which I had never done before but a little internet search helped me out.
First go to settings in windows 10
Then go to devices make sure bluetooth is turned on then select more bluetooth options
Next select com ports then add
Click on outgoing then browse
Find your device in the list click on it then hit ok if you dont see it select search again and make sure your device is plugged in and turned on
Then hit ok after it shows up in com ports. After that just open up multifunplayer and select serial then select the virtual com port you just added and it should work.
