If you have v4, you can downgrade on https://new.handyfeeling.com/
Go to “Configure Device” → then “Check for beta versions or downgrade”
There you will find the v3, that should work with intiface.
Also Intiface verstion 2.6.8 is recommended.

So this does NOT use 99DM funscripts? intiface is at least updated to control OSR2’s, so I’m happy with that.
