Hello there everyone,
since the last firmware update has been released for the Handy 2 Pro, I’ve got a problem which randomly occurs during use. The device randomly just reboots. With the new firmware, I could sometimes provoke this reboot by manually sliding it up.
Now, I have downgraded my Handy 2 Pro to an older firmware version (I think it is now on 4.0.18?). The issue occurs less with the older firmware and I cannot provoke it manually anymore, but it still happens, which is quite annoying.
Ive already tried factory resetting and resetting the MCU, but that did not help.
The device is also not overheating. I don’t really know what the issue could be…
Does anyone have similar experiences? If yes, is there any possible solution to this problem?
