But dildos with Vac u Lock don’t have a hole in them, they have a metal barb coming out of them. How can a male barb connect to a male barb?
Vac-u-lock dildos have a hole in the base that fit on the barb and stay in place with friction and suction, hence the Vac-u part of the name.
That said, when I was searching for this, I saw what you meant. Some come with connectors for thrusting machines prefitted. Like this:

On a side note, do you or anyone else know of mounts for the handy itself? Are people using the handsfree arms for this? Do they hold up with the extra force from dildo penetration? Is there a hands3 version for penetration? Would there be a way to use an existing hands3?

Or for both hand1 and handy2 (both hands3 nosejob or homerounder versions), rather than wearing with tactical belts around waist for strokes, wear the belts around thighs and open legs sideways for tighter hold as needed will handy positioning for poking.

I have to state though that penetrative use may be hard on the handy motor so just as a sleeve for stroking should be well lubed, so to should be any pentrative add on
