I just found this post which has 2 versions of CSVs.

The first 2 files (247 kB) do not work with HandyControl 1.2.3
However, the second set of files (261 kB, labelled as HandyControl 1.1.2) can be loaded.
Maybe someone can reverse engineer the difference between those files and apply the delta to the non-working files in the Mega to make them work. On quick check the number and names of columns are different, so apparently Lucifie updated the format somewhere around version 1.1.2.
