can anyone use this method without purchasing the content?

Dezyred used to make the videos available for download without purchase (presumably so that players wouldn’t need to pause mid-game to download the next bit of content. They removed that ability many months ago, presumably because many people were downloading the videos without ever paying to play the game.
My understanding is that you need to purchase the game and the scenes within the game before you can download the content. But, I have only ever purchased the full game instead of purchasing parts of the game as I go, so I may be incorrect.
