is it possible to split a script? say i had a script that was like 50 mins long, could i split that script into 3 parts? so that i could use those 3 parts with other vids

I believe it would be the simplest to mark and cut in openfunscripter (and then paste into an empty script)

Using OFS you can use Project → Add New to add more scripts to the project. Give the alternative script a new file name and then copy the parts you want to it. Save and export.

JFS has this ffmpeg video + script clip functionality built in.
