How to dealing with Noise

Here’s how I’ve always dealt with noise.
All you need is a pair of noise-blocking earmuffs and a small Bluetooth earbud/headphone.
Finally, just put on the small Bluetooth earbuds and then put on the noise-cancelling earmuffs. It’s very simple.

On the left is a no-name earmuff I bought on AliExpress for about 50 HKD. On the right is the 3M X5A I got from Amazon for 303 HKD.

In my opinion, there isn’t a huge difference between the two. The X5A is a bit softer and more comfortable.
Noise isolation is also pretty similar — the X5A is slightly better.

Another thing: the X5A has a lot more interior space.
But even the no-name earmuff at around 50 HKD already has plenty of space, so this doesn’t give the X5A much of an advantage.

Even if you go with the X5A, I’d still recommend using a small earbud or a headphone without a tail — it’ll be much more comfortable.

A large Bluetooth headphone will work too, but it won’t be comfortable.

If you want a hassle-free choice, just get the 3M X5A.
If you go for a no-name brand, make sure it’s adjustable and fits your head snugly.

Also, the larger the outer shell of the earmuff, the better — because a larger shell means it can hold more foam, and that directly affects noise isolation.

Also, normally the method I mentioned above for soundproofing is already sufficient. But if you want an even stronger effect, you can add earplugs and bone conduction headphones on top of my method

To add, Bluetooth active noise-canceling headphones are mainly designed for low-frequency, regular sounds. They are basically useless against osr or other toys.

Usually when people complain about noise they try to make their devices more quiet

Immersion thing i’m guessing, though i can’t be bothered to stick that much stuff in my ears for that.

I have tried silent servos, but after a short period of time they are no longer silent (maybe because the silencing liquid has dried up?) and the performance of the silent servos is not sufficient for me.So this is the solution I came up with.

Because I want to hear the video’s sound without interference, and this solution is simple, cheap, and convenient. In fact, it’s just putting on a pair of noise-isolating earmuffs over the Bluetooth headphones.
