Today we’re releasing an important upgrade for both MiraBot firmware and MiraPlay, mainly addressing the UDP/WiFi connectivity that many of you have been asking about.
MiraBot Firmware v1.1 (WiFi Beta)
The WiFi firmware beta is now available and can be flashed using the online tool.
It is open to:
• Generic OSR2+ / SR6 users
• DIY builders
• Anyone interested in testing UDP connectivity

We’d love to hear your feedback during this beta phase.

MiraPlay AiO v1.7.0 Released
This version introduces a new connection architecture and now supports devices as below:
Current BLE MiraBot S6/Lite and upcoming WiFi versions
OSR2+/SR6 running MiraBot firmware v1.1 (BLE or WiFi) — detected as MiraBot devices in the app
WiFi-enabled OSR2+/SR6 running third-party firmware
TCodeESP32 firmware has already been tested and works well.
Other firmware may also work — feel free to experiment.
See MiraPlay AiO introduction for setup instructions
Android APK is available now (Download).
App Store / Google Play versions are currently under review and should be available soon.

You can directly install MiraPlay AiO and connect via WiFi.
All features are currently free during beta testing.
DIY builders / firmware testers
You can flash the v1.1 beta firmware and connect to MiraPlay.
Existing MiraBot S6/Lite owners
If you want to switch to WiFi firmware, please wait for the official release after March 1.
Users waiting for WiFi support before buying
WiFi-enabled S6/Lite will be available starting March 1 with out-of-box support.
Bluetooth LE vs WiFi — Which Should You Choose?
Bluetooth LE
Best for users without stable network environments or who want quick phone connection without setup.
WiFi
Best for users with stable networks who want UDP compatibility with other software (MFP, VaM, etc).
Note that changing networks requires updating SSID/password via the WiFi setup tool.

Online Play Major Upgrade
The current custom motion system will be replaced with a standalone funscript player featuring:
• Built-in browser download + one-click playback
• Playback of motions recorded in Gesture Sync
• FTP transfer (PC → phone)
Combined with the built-in browser, this will allow flexible playback of media and scripts from multiple sites (including ES), significantly expanding usability.
Thanks again to everyone testing and giving feedback — this update is a big step toward making MiraBot and MiraPlay more open and flexible.
