A few Unity games that I could think of.
ソムニア掌編 - 薔薇色 -
Made in Unity. This game seems to have been taken off shelf for some reason. I’m uploading it considering it could become lost media: PixelDrain

Made in Unity. This game has a video and it has been scripted: Summon! Succubus-san - I’ll Take Your Semen Tonight Too. A reason to mod the game is because the video is in 30fps, far less smooth than the in-game live2d. An video also doesn’t have toggle-able options (position / pubic hair toggle).
Ikunogaman
The game can natively connect to the Handy and some other toys, but doesn’t work with serial devices. Its internal Intiface is also a bit outdated. If it can be modded to work with an external Intiface it could be enjoyed by many more.
Infinite Squirt
Made in Unity. Game is memorable as it had a peculiar way of changing position. Instead clicking buttons you sorta have to drag the character’s body around in a VR fashion. It’s wonky but pretty clean concept.

隣人部の秘密活動
隣人部の秘密活動 [ジジ★インイン] | chobit(ちょびっと)
It’s by the same author as above. The game kinda plays by itself and you can watch the characters moving around and have sex on their own. You can intervene but the controls are really wonky. There’s too much glitches for it to be a good fapping material, but it’s hilarious to watch.
Uncensor cheat: RU,3A83
The author has since took the turn into the funny village and produced a few other refreshing unity games. Not all is mod-worthy but I think it’s worth checking out.
