Been enjoying a few cock-hero videos, but as I look for more I find a LOT of them have really intense/loud music as well as what I guess I’d call “gooner” visuals (split screen multi-scene, rapid cuts, aggressive/overwhelming.)
Can the community recommend some CH or PMV scenes with a more chill/sensual vibe? Like where’s my porno smooth jazz lol
I have similar preferences. Try CH Vulcan or old original series (numbered as Cock Hero 11 for example). Also the softcore ones (eg. French Touch) don’t have this issue. But issue that while visuals and music might be mellow, the jerking speed (especially scripted as full range strokes in most of cases) is still way too fast for my tastes and not corresponding to the visuals. Have to find/build some smarter script modifier to add variety and slow down.

From the top of my head there’s Italianman’s “Classical Eros” PMV series, that is certainly different (not only classical music, but yes: classical music… and Jazz too 
).
As well as what the others have said with a lot of Softcore content. fakeblah333 for example has a talent for pairing aesthetic visuals with matching music, be it mellow or high energy over different genres. zazimilk has a few hardcore PMVs that I remember to be less “over-edited” (his last one called Finale for example) and WankFM is always interesting to tune into 
. Mordred is another PMV creator who has got a more elegant style, as well as WSRB at times.
Oh! And there’s RMNMuseum who has a series literally called Jerk’n’Chill.

I was just mentioning creators without any consideration for them being scripted or not, since the question was about the style of videos. Not sure how many of them are scripted.
