Muted Tags update

I have removed the muted by default tags. We are all adults here, you can choose to mute the tags you don’t want.

I will be working on an onboarding process to suggest users mute tags they don’t want.
For now, it’s your reponsability.

I will also include a how to in howto and a snippet in Site Rules so there is no excuse.

Yeah I don’t want to see things like futa or furry yet no one puts futa or furry tags PLEASE PUT TAGS IN

You can suggest tags/report posts missing tags it should have.
