So recently i notice my CPU jumping all over the place at idle. After opening task manager i notice an unfamiliar app hogging the CPU in the background. The app is called infatica_agent.exe. After a quick google search, I found out it came from the k-lite codec, hence why I’m telling the community.

I am up to date with K-lite but have no infatica running in tasks. You sure its from the codec pack?

Ya, it’s the only thing i updated in the last month, and the first thing that pops up when you Google it
