Pixeldrain is experiencing a global database outage. I am investigating this issue but it is not clear what the cause is yet. Due to the database crash I am also unable to log in to the database to query any problematic rows. I may have to resort to temporarily shutting down the site for a few hours while I work on this problem. Here is how you can tell if pixeldrain is experiencing problems:
- Being unable to log in to your account
- Getting logged out of your session
- File download pages will not load or show an error code 404 or 500
- The site will not load at all and your browser shows a connection refused error
When this happens all you can do is wait. These issues are usually temporary.
