Problem with certain animated GIFs

Is there a specific reason why one animated GIF works in the post preview but others don’t?
This one works:

But these don’t:

https://discuss.eroscripts.com/t/cock-hero-little-caprice-1h-13m-created-with-f-a-p-s-multiples-funscripts/304263
https://discuss.eroscripts.com/t/cock-hero-world-championships-episode-1-1h03m-created-with-f-a-p-s-multiple-funscripts/303943

NOTE: They work fine within the post itself.

if iremeebr i think its a aspect ratio thing. 200x140 i think is what will play in a preview

Thanks.
The problem seems to be the file size; it needs to be under 4MB, although your suggestion is also helpful because the file size is directly related to the size.
For now, I’ve uploaded a GIF that’s under 4MB, and it seems to be working fine, time will tell.

This is getting pretty frustrating… I kept running into problems. The first one I uploaded—under 4MB—worked, but the rest failed, so now I’ve tried using external links from Giphy, and it’s pretty much the same thing: it works for the first one I changed, but not for the rest… really weird.
Do you guys also only see the “Cock Hero - Crescendo” one as animated and the others as static with the FAPS logo image, or do you see all the GIFs animated?

Maybe it’s a cache issue on my end, but it’s weird—I’ve already tried refreshing the page and clearing the cache, and what’s also odd is that it works with the first one I change but not with the others.
Any solutions?
Thanks!

From my understanding is both something with resolution and size but i still can’t pin point the specific requirements, what i do now is that i generate the gif for the thumbnail on scriptplayer with these specs

For vertical videos i go up to 200 on the height.

Since i started doing these, they always play properly.
Hope this helps! :victory_hand:

The video you mentioned is playing the thumbnail properly for me btw!

Thanks for the suggestion; I’ll have to try lowering the resolution.
Yep, the GIF for “Cock Hero - Crescendo” looks fine, but the others (Cock Hero - Fantastic, Cock Hero - Little Caprice, and Cock Hero - World Championships (Episode 1)), which use the same system, look static—that’s the weirdest part.
I’ll see if I can adjust the settings in my app and get the GIFs generated from there to work properly.

Thanks!

Well, it looks like using 192x108 at 10 fps is working.
Thanks!
