I am searching a valid restim configuration for the e-stim 2B. Since now I found nothing that helps me to configuring properly. Maybe you guys have a few configuration exmples that works fine and want to share with us?

I had a 2B and it was a frustrating, annoying, half-useful pile of shit. Any quick transitions would get filtered, any fast changes in frequency (if it even played it, because of the aggressive hi/lo filters) and it filtered it out. The developer is on Joanne’s discord, and even there, they readily admit it was never designed for customized stim audio, but for music. And they flatly refuse to recognize the often-pointed-out shortcomings.
If you wanted to go into the Restim ecosystem, you will probably be better off building/obtaining an FOC Stim or building a DIY stereo device. Because that 2B is going to miss a whole lot of signal.
Pretty much my experience. Stupid thing has so little umph, it’s embarrasing…
