How to use the mod:

Similar to AI Onasapo and AI Onasapo2.

1.download the zip file from 8.8 MB file on MEGA

2.unzip the file and you will see these.

3.move the file ‘AI.tpatch’ to the game root folder (where the ‘AIPerfect.exe’ at).

4.start the game

5.wait a while(about 20-30 second)and you will see this:

appear this meaning mod install finished and request for restart the game.Please close the game window.

6.turn on your toy and link to funscript player

7.after connected, start the game (patch must be installed) and enjoy it!

Notification

1.I just did a simple test of the code,if the mod have bug,please comment below.We will continue to update.

2.If someone want to edit the code,you can open the “patch” folder and found the “kag.tag_audio.js” file.I’ve added bilingual notes in Chinese and English for all the changes so far.

Emergency Update

A problem was found during the recent test:
I wrote some code in the audio file to play a ‘filler’ script.But this piece of code conflicts with the ‘filler’ script logic that comes with the funscript player.I overdid it.

I deleted the code that would cause conflicts,now I release the “AISAPO_PERFECT_mod_v1.1”.

Notice

The author released a game update package on DLsite on March 7, 2026. The main updates include: a new "doujin in doujin"mini game, and an AI-chan dress-up illustration.

After testing, it was concluded that AISAPO_PERFECT_mod_1.2 can perfectly support all the funscript content in this update.

Therefore, this MOD package will remain as it is and will not be updated.

Just a heads up (though I assume most of you probably know this already), the appsettings.json file provided in the post has OSR direct connection disabled:

"ConnectionMethod": { "Buttplug": true, "OSR": false }

If you can’t get your toy to sync after installing the mod, try changing "OSR": false to "OSR": true. That might fix the issue.

It might be because the tpatch file was applied too many times.Keep the “AI-sf.sav” file and download a fresh original version of the game.After applying the patch,put the “AI-sf.sav” back.

Also, the game’s save path has requirements.It cannot contain characters other than English and Japanese, and special characters should also be avoided.

If you can’t get the patch to apply no matter what you try, go to:
[gamefolder]\resources\
locate:
app.asar
then use Bandizip (has to be bandizip in my experience) to extract to app\ app.asar.

You should now have
[gamefolder]\resources\app\
with the following contents:

Delete or rename app.asar (I usually just rename it to app.bak).
Run the game to ensure it’s still working (AKA, that it’s loading everything properly from the app folder when it can’t find app.asar)

Now take
AI.tpatch
and rename it to
AI.zip
And use you’re preferred program to open the zip file.
Copy the contents of AI.zip into the app folder you just created. It should overwrite at least one file.

And now the game should run with the patch applied.

This method is unpack the game file directly to solve the problem, I put the mod file at “patch” folder.You can find the “kag.tag_audio.js” file and copy to the unpacked game file.
File path is:(game root folder)/tyrano/plugins/kag/kag.tag_audio.js

Like this, replace this file.

After moving the ai.patch file, running aipremier.exe immediately brings up the next window (no 10 to 20 seconds). I don’t think the time it takes is the problem. And I turn the game off and on afterwards, it won’t move on from the title screen. What’s the problem? No problem with the path.

So none of the obvious buttons on the title screen are actually the button to start the game.

You need to click this bit of text on the lower right corner to start.

One more thing to note, on the name entry screen shortly after you start… you HAVE to use hiragana, or it won’t let you past that screen.

You can use this website to get some hiragana to copy/paste as your name.
なつ = Natsu, as an example.

Gimme a few days and I’ll get around to google-translating the images in this like I did for the other 2 AI onasapo games, which should make things easier to navigate.

One thing I did notice though is that unlike the previous 2 onasapo games, mtool doesn’t seem to work translating this one. So making the game pretty much fully English won’t be as simple as installing my translated images and running the game through mtool like you could with the previous 2 games.

That’s not the point,unpack the game we found that AI Onasapo3 has lots of image element embedded japanese.If you just translate the text it will still hard to understand.Like this:

These elements cannot be translated using MTool.MTool only translates text elements.You need to edit the image itself.

No, I mean mtool is literally not translating a single word in this game, not that it just can’t translate most of it.

With the previous 2 games if you applied my google translated image patches (I made them for both previous games), and ran the game through mtool, the games were almost 100% English. This game doesn’t want to work with mtool though.

And on the topic of the Japanese images…

A few of the buttons didn’t want to translate, so they’re still in Japanese, but this should at least get you though most of the gameplay and menus.

The translation via mtool worked right away for me. I simply downloaded the free version and started the game with the default settings (Bing).

For me, it was translating perfectly as well, but the second i added your patch, either with the file or manually, is Mtool suddenly not capable of opening the game any more. It does still open normally and the translated buttons work, but it seems Mtool does not like the changes your patch applied
