Good tipps in your video!

Here is what i learned

The Handy can move in 1 FRAME approx to 17%.
If u use 0% to 20% in 1 Frame thats totally fine.
Rule of thumb is 5 FRAMES to 90%.
U need 6 FRAMES to go from 0% to 100% approx.

Means

1 FRAME 17%
2 FRAME 34%
3 FRAME 51%
4 FRAME 68%
5 FRAME 85%
6 FRAME 102%

I personally Script 1 FRAME with 20% which works pretty good :+1:

I tested the Handy ALOT with Scripting different things.
Thats how i found out how The Handy works.

Are we talking at 60 FPS here? I think frame speed matters. Do you generate keyframes at 30 FPS here like many of the tutorials show?

When i go to the next frame on OFS it skips more than a frame. Like 2 seconds what am i doing wrong? And when i click previous frame it skips forward too.

Sounds like you are using fast step instead of next frame. Check your keys in the options and make sure you are using previous frame and next frame instead of fast step and fast backstep.

Weird. Never seen something like this.

Maybe check options → preferences and check if the framerate is set too high. Also check if hard decoding is on or off.

Frame speed matters a lot as at 60 fps the frame numbers being mentioned halve compared to 30fps.

Thats why i prefer to use UPS (units per second) as measurement instead. Its frame independant and easily calculated over, as in 24 fps, its simply: max/24. And this explains the numbers he uses. UPS is also the displayed in OFS in case you wonder. Its realy device independant on that as its the speed in the script itself. How a device scales it (5cm, 10cm, 15cm) doesnt matter on that.

The handy can reliably and accurately perform 400 ups. And move based on 600 ups (inaccurate and will stutter at vibration scripts). The practical limit is therefor usualy close to 500 if your intention is to force the max speed.

400/24=16,667. Or when its 25fps its exactly 16. But when we look at 60fps: 400/60=6.66667

Now you know how to calculate the limit :slight_smile:

These videos are great. I watched and then went in and elongated the strokes for pretty much all of the scripts that I’ve created. You also do a great job with the editing. I’m really looking forward to the beej and handjob video. This is clearly the hardest part of scripting.

Usually I tend to overthink and over-study, this time I got my hands dirty (not literally) sooner and few days after purchase of Handy and right after getting accustomed with OFS (thanks @Husky for the tutorial), I’ve made in about 3 hours less than 2 minutes long BJ script, which turned out to be shit when tested. It functioned properly, but the feeling was totally off. It’s so bad I don’t want to even share it yet. So thanks a lot @Slibowitz for advanced tutorial and the advices you are giving in many posts. Syllabus for this tutorial series is amazing (and from newbie pov quite exhaustive), there’s so many situations that would be amazing to have described/solved in one place. I really hope you will carry this through, IMO it would be lifetime contribution to the community. :laughing:

Still excited for the next video, and specifically, I would like to hear your thoughts involving a blowjob with unsynchronized hand. The crux of the problem is, when scripting a beej that uses hand and mouth–especially in opposite directions–it’s really hard to get a good fit at times.

I’ll give you an example below, but to expand in more detail:

There are two parts to the beej–in this case, the mouth starts and hand finishes. In this example, her hand is lazy. Her mouth starts going down, hand takes over (lazily) but mouth goes the opposite direction. It seems right that the spirit of the stroke demands more than just following the mouth (even extending it). I end up trying to split the stroke into two parts, and counterintuitively, slow down the faster “hand” part of the stroke.

So far I’ve tried:

  • Just track the mouth
  • Just track the hand
  • Track the mouth but extend the stroke (all the way from 9 to 2)
  • Keep just one constant extended stroke and kind of split the difference between timings of mouth and hand
  • Have the mouth part of the stroke start slow, the hand portion go fast, and then extend the upstroke (from 2 to 9) a little bit past normal (or it will feel rushed)
  • Have the mouth part of the stroke start fast, then the hand portion go slow, and then extend the upstroke a little past normal (or it will feel rushed)

The last is what I’ve done in the image below and it seems to create a feel of two parts in one stroke (mouth and hand). I’m curious if you have any special techniques for two part blowjobs.

In the above example:

  • I don’t go from 9 to 0 because she’s not really hitting the bottom much here–I keep it at 9 to 2.
  • The timing doesn’t exactly follow the hand or the mouth. The problem is the upstroke from an extended stroke. This is very rushed and “jerky” if you don’t extend the upstroke a little past where it should end.
  • Not pictured–there are times when she is less lazy and it really works to just follow the hand, when she is more lazy it’s easy to follow the mouth.

The medium/long strokes that involve mouth and hand going in opposite directions seem the toughest.

Hello and sorry for the late reply.

There will be a next episode, I just don’t know when. Just takes a lot of time to make them and I currently don’t have enough time for a video. Especially a blowjob scripting tutorial would need even more time to make, because there are so many things, that need to get covered.

To your question:

I think in this case this fits the most and I would have done it like this as well.
The other option would be to just track the mouth, because it’s what would be the most stimulating, and ignore the hand.

Sometimes the hand is very heavily evolved and then I script both mouth and hand. If the hand is in sync with the mouth, it’s very easy. To make it really stimulating I often use full strokes for it (if it’s not too fast). If the hand is not in sync with the mouth, but heavily evolved, I extend the strokes to make it feel more impactful.

Some tips from what I can from the clip:

  • Make the upper strokes 100. You can see the head, which is for me always a 100 upper stroke. Will make the script feel better.
  • You added some extra points in the upper strokes. I wouldn’t make these. I could let the script feel not so fluid. I would only put these points in, if there is really a break and no movement. But there is movement, so these “break points” I would call them, are not really needed. And adding these points make you take longer to script as well.

Rest is looking really good and I think you added the hand movements good and properly.

In my experience (which I do since a few scripts) you can simulate that with vibrations (in case of The Handy) and if done right it works almost like you get both (hand and mouth).

Hello there,

I have discovered and received the Handy for more than one month now, and I love it. It is now difficult to watch “some things video” without it (thanks FapTap).
I had a Love Sense, but difficult to go only vibration now…

This WE I’ve watched the tutorial video for cowgirl, and could not resist to try myself to create scripts. I have done sommes, and even this is only a start on small clips, I have pleasure to create them.
