Welp looks like it happened, while i was searching all of the videos on spankbang are hidden unless you do the ai age verification with them. Its super weird. Idk when they rolled this out. They want a photo of you to get verified

I find it weird that sites that don’t operate in the UK comply with UK laws.
They’ll probably get blocked in the whole country if they don’t.
so then why dont they block themselves from that country? Ive seen some sites do that, instead of having the risk of holding peeps ID. for now, being the operative term, VPN’s can get around that as long as the site doesnt require ID from somewhere else.
although somes sites ive seen do just require id, mandatory! Like this morning xtoys now wants ID!!! To even send a private link. Sigh..

That would be a question for the site operator. It is probably a business decision, they decided they make more money by staying in UK and complying than blocking themselves.
Age verification is on the rise in US too, judging from this list:

It looks like new laws have taken effect recently in AZ and OH, so if you are in one of these states that may be the reason you are seeing it now.
Except by complying, they dont obey the law.
Because obviously there will be potentialy naked underaged kids trying to get through the verification. Which even if its AI still means pornographic data of underaged kids gets downloaded with the intent to analyze it. Because dont just think kids will be like: ‘oh, it blocked me, lets stop’. No is for them a reason to try harder.
The ones who made the law have no idea what they are doing. Its even worse, since now they are directly responsible for such videos/pictures being sent on the internet. Because there are 2 massively important rules:
- Once its on the internet, its never gone.
- Its never the question ‘if’ hacks take place. its always when
This means that you can be 100% sure these videos/photos will leak. And these lawmakers should be imprisoned for that, they promote the spreading here by increasing the number of kids being recorded.
But ofc, rich companies/governments are involved. So nobody will dare any legal action because it will be expensive fighting companies that effectively have limitless money.
And before you think: it gets deleted directly after analyzing anyway. Traffic can be recorded and decrypted later by unauthorized parties. Again, its just the case of ‘when’ here.

it’s just an overlay, browser extensions like « Behind the overlay revival » can bypass it with one click
maybe blocking the overlay with uBlock Origin can work as well
Its only going to be a matter of time until this no longer becomes an option then. Kids learn to use browser plugins fast. And its only a matter of time before politicians realize this.
Its not a solution, only a workaround. The real solution is making sure it never gets that far.

A lot of news channels dont focus on this, because of the very flawed narrative of ‘why can you be against it?’. Its a very old trick that repeatedly gets used, and is very hard to argument against. Good luck being such knuckle-dragging chuckle-fu*k and then trying to defend if you say you are against it. They will instantly call you a pedo/terrorist/anything.
And its such an easy weapon to use, its why woke has been such a problem. There is a huge diffirence between basic acceptance, or forcing other to promote your idealism. The first once is good (whoever you are, be who you are), the later isnt (dont force others to teach their kids stuff they dont want). And just like in the other case they used the very binary if you arent with us, you are against us. Neutral doesnt exist. Yet neutral in this case is the best way to handle it: ignore those who take the idiotic stance, and listen to those that are realistic. If someone decides to be trans, there is no need to cheer for them, but there is also no need to offend them either, and if it happens, as long as the offense was not possible to be predicted (like using the wrong pronouns), ignore that as well. There again is a huge diffirence between misnaming a pronoun, or deliberately calling someone something they arent with the intent of offending.
Politians do have enough people to know this and how to exploit it. And as money allows advertising, and how effective marketing is, its nearly impossible to defend against this.
You can at best (and should) support groups that try to get this towards the common people. As when they know, they can finaly decide to punish by simply not voting on the corrupt.
And sadly even here politicians found loopholes by populism on bigger subjects. People arent going to read entire plans, especialy since politicians can just lie about everything anyway.

This is awful. What I do when I find a video here that’s from Spankbang is check if it’s active (the background is blurred, but you can still see if it’s still active or if it’s down) and then I put the link on a site that downloads it from there.
