upon popular request, here is a guide on how to flash the SSR1PCB:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Connect Your PCB:
- Connect your PCB to the computer and open Device Manager.
- Navigate to the “Ports” section. You should see a device listed similar to the one shown below:
Note: Your COM port will be different. If the device is listed, you can proceed to flashing the firmware.
- If the device is not listed, you need to install the USB drivers in step 2, else move to step 3
- Install USB Drivers (optional):
- Download the drivers from here.
- After downloading, extract the file (this is important).
- Right-click on
silabser
and choose “Install.”
- Download Firmware and Flashing Tool:
- You need to log in to Patreon to download Khrull’s firmware and flashing tool. Registration is free.
- Go to this link and download

. - Extract the downloaded file.
- Flash the Firmware:

Connect your USB-C cable to the PC if you haven’t done so already.

Run
flash.exe
. -
The flashing tool should look like this:

Go to the “Flash” tab and click “Flash.” Wait until the process is complete.
- Configure Wi-Fi Settings:
- Go to the “Wi-Fi” tab and enter your Wi-Fi settings.
- Open your browser and go to http://tcode.local.
- Click on the menu in the top right corner and choose “Import Settings.”
- Select the following file: userSettings_0.4b_.json (6.3 KB)
You should now have successfully flashed your SSR1PCB and configured it with the necessary settings.
