Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Handy 1. I can’t connect the Handy 1. HereSphere doesn’t see the Handy 1. I turn on BT mode, the blue light comes on, I scan in HereSphere, but nothing happens. It also works in Wi-Fi mode. It connects to X-Toys. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I also have a Keon, it connects to HereSphere instantly and there are no problems. Please help.
And I forgot to say that I connect it directly to Quest 3.

You press the bottom most button and hold it for like 1 second the light will change to pink and that is WiFi mode
- As others suggested, contact Handy support and they can walk you through updating to the latest firmware.
- Note that HereSphere does NOT support Handy’s Bluetooth mode - only wifi.
Does anyone know how to downgrade from firmware 3 to firmware 2, or reset the device?
Firmware 2 is completely out of support I’m not sure that’s possible.
