The idea of the database is to be a database that sits next to the other databases like stashdb and includes information that they don’t want to include.
Scripts are not hosted by me but the idea is people can crowd source extra information and submit it back to the database. Scenes in stash can have multiple urls so if we can build a database of forum posts on euroscript that contain the script we can build a database of these.
So the workflow is someone has the plugin installed, tags the scene with stashdb, adds the forum post to the list of scenes and runs the submit Submit Scenes with eroscripts.com url task.
When the next person that has the plugin installed and tags the scene “Festivities in Oakland” and has the options enabled it will add the url" https://timestamp.trade/scene/d7d4c93c-aea6-43e4-a11a-3c6c17066374 and the forum post https://discuss.eroscripts.com/t/fuckpassvr-festivities-in-oakland-avery-black/118498
In stash you can filter scenes based on urls so I would create a filter “url includes discuss.eroscripts.com” so you should be able to find scenes with forum posts and download the script yourself.
The plugin can index funscripts, this is just the md5 of the script and the file name and this can potentially be used to copy the script to match the video file for stash to recognize it. This needs the data to be useful but potentially you could have a big folder with unsorted scripts, tag the video and have it automatically matched to the right file.
