No preferance! I’ve played and enjoy both, how about we start with Succubus Stronghold Seduction?

Alright. I’ll start by making sure the demo mod is working with the full game. I’ll try to get the recordings done asap. Hopefully I can have them done sometime during the week if no issues pop up.

Updated Succubus Stronghold Seduction’s section with mod and link for my video recordings.
Here they are as well if you don’t feel like scrolling through the first post:

I marked out the sections that the mod will call with 0-points and chapters in the provided scripts.
You only need to script within these marked areas.
If you want to make changes, feel free to do so with the existing scripts as they’re also included.

This was kind of hastily put together, so if you see anything missing or something that doesn’t make sense just message me and I’ll take a look.

I got the linear scripts 90% completed and will try to get as much multi-axis done today. Should get them completed by the weekend. Should I send you the files via dm?

Yeah, dm would be easiest. I’ll then prepare the scripts for the mod and make sure they sync up.

Honestly didn’t expect you to do the multi-axis as well. I hope it wasn’t too much trouble.

I’ve done a few shenanigans with tag after school and ghost hunter vena, using the undertale mod tool. i can change some things, but others crash the game - often for no obvious reason.

Does anyone know what might cause such conflicts? or do i just need to study and reverse engineer the entire code? :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Undertale mod tool doesn’t always recompile the code changes you make in the same way the code around it already exists. I’ve noticed a few times where I’ve made changes that the generated assembly instructions was out of order or just plain missing some instructions.

A specific example I can think of right now was with functions. Usually you can just let a function end and that would return on its own. But there have been cases where if I didn’t explicitly return, even with no return value, the mod tool would break the code. I think it depends on which version of game maker 2 the game was made in.

Try to make sure any changes you make follow the same patterns/style of the existing code.

What changes were you trying to make? I’ll try to refresh my memory and maybe I can help spot what the issue might be.

So I’ve completed, as far as I’m aware, the scripts for Succubus Stronghold Seduction.
My only concern is since this is my first time editing like this, and within the lines of the chapters, the cut offs might not loop properly.
So some touch ups might be necessary!

I’m having a problem with the funscript player. I get the player to connect to handy for a bit but after half a minute or so it changes status to “scanning devices” and is unable to find the handy again. Restarting everything fixes it but the same problem keeps repeating itself. This means that I basically am unable to play. A solution for this problem would be highly appreciated.

Can you try using Intiface Central with the Handy?
You can use Intiface instead of the embedded server by opening appsettings.json and setting

"EmbeddedButtplugServer": false

If it still disconnects it might be a Bluetooth issue. Do you use Handy over Bluetooth anywhere else?

okay, so I connected it through intiface central and the same issue persisted. however as that gave an indicator on it being a bluetooth issue I managed to fix it by turning off wifi on my pc. thank you

People, maybe someone has. In the Succubus Academy, in dls, after the battle with Dakki (and before that with basilisk and salamander), the character just gets stuck in the texture after talking to the fox. Has anyone had, were you able to fix this bug? Rebooting does not help, everything repeats on the second pass. I run the game via MTool, the skip player is connected to handy, but I doubt it affects anything. window 11
