Hello everyone, first post, I’m looking for suggestions on a first robot stroker device. My priorities are that I can strap on my own full size Fleshlight case and that I can use scripts, ideally with as streamlined a setup as possible, synced with a Quest 3. After those two things, I’d say reliability is next important. Then overall performance, least noisy, best movement, etc. I was gravitating towards the Autoblow Ultra AI but then I read that it uses a narrower case than the standard FL one and the FL sleeves don’t actually fit right. Is that true? Is there an obvious choice for my desired criteria? I’ve been mulling it over for a while and almost think I should just wait and see if the new Fun SR Pro doesn’t become the obvious choice. But that might take a year or more to be a confident n00bie choice I just can’t take that expensive a risk rn ![]()
So for the most part I dont think anyone recommends autoblow for interactive devices.
Are you trying to use the device with vr by a desk or on a bed, cause thats sorta relevant for OSR and SR6 devices.
Normally the recommendation would be the Handy1, but you said full size fleshlight case, and it doesn’t deal well with all the weight. I think the Handy 2 is better with that.
If I could not build my own I would go for the Fun SR pro. That motor is great.
Do you have a PC you are willing to setup and use in conjunction with the Quest 3 you mentioned? If not, the T-Code devices such as the OSR and SR6 are useless to you.
The Handy 2 Pro can certainly handle Fleshlight sleeves with its adapter, but you won’t be able to get one until April next year at this point.
I regret my SR6 purchase. Something is always broken on it - and I bought it from a reputable vendor.
Get either Handy or FunSR Pro
Either the most okay or most state-of-the-art
Both are best for your buck
Depending on how much do you want multi-axis and how much are you price-sensitive you may also choose self-build OSR2 for like $120 or another OSR option, but you don’t care about that it seems
I like to stay mostly prone in bed for sessions. I have a dedicated pc that I usually connect to the Quest via Skybox and SMB with a huge collection of 3d and 2d videos that I often just shuffle play and use Skybox’s kinda rudimentary favorites tag to make a “greatest hits” playlist. I’ll edge for a long time and then go back to that for the final round. I also enjoy vaping the good stuff until I barely remember who I am lol. Oh and I love a massage gun to the perineum and nipple stimulation. I’ve thought about incorporating almost every of stroker robot or milker out there but have so far been scared off by the complicated nature of scripts. Everything sounds fun and possibly interesting but I also appreciate the simplicity of my current setup, which let’s me get completely baked beyond recognition but still functional enough to operate a FL and massage gun lol. I feel like that is the secret key to completely immersive experiences.
I feel like you are correct but also that buyer confidence is very low for such a new device. I might just try and forget about this whole new world of scripts and robots for a year. Sigh.
I mean I’m not trying to break the bank but I don’t have a 3d printer or the interest in becoming a full on sex gadget mechanic. I’d rather something elegant and simple that just works rather than a rarified but temperamental ballerina machine. The SR Pro might be the best of both after some product testing, though. I feel like everyone is eager to see how it goes.
The main thing with why I asked how you use things is that most of the devices are not able to be used handheld, or at least comfortably. The only one I know of that can be held comfortably is the Kiiroo Keon and of the devices talked about regularly(autoblow usually never comes up) it has the weakest performance in exchange for that convenience.
Every other device needs a rig of some sort in order to hold the device while you use it. If you’re at a desk you can anchor it to a table. Things get a bit trickier with a bed setup given not every bed has a frame you can clamp to or a frame at all, so some people will use a lapdesk or whatever to bolt their devices to.
There’s also the issue of wires. Most devices(other than Handy2 and Keon) are not battery powered so they need to be plugged into the wall. The OSR and SR6 line also need to be plugged into a computer through USB for data(I think there’s bluetooth but its not used).
In terms of the complicated nature of scripts, its not really that complicated. You’re not scripting. When I first started I bought a Keon, installed Intiface and Funscript player, hit the search for devices button, it connected and I was off to the races. Setup for OSR/SR6 is slightly more indepth but thats due to the fact thats the peak of this medium.
I use it but I really don’t like recommending it because I know its hella inferior, but if you’re looking for something simple and stupid, Keon is probably what you want for your purposes, unless you can wait for the Handy2. It works with the fleshlight line of sleeves, you just need the Keon Compatible Stroker Case to prevent wear on the sleeves.
The Autoblow Ultra AI can apparently take fleshlight sleeves(according to reddit), but you’ll probably have to shove them in(autoblow sleeves are also closed-ended design vs fleshlight open-end). But again I don’t know of anyone on here that goes to bat for the device. Most people start on Handy and stay there or they move up to multi-axis enthusiast grade devices.
As a heads up, the SR Pro is not a commercial device either. It is an enthusiast grade machine and will prob come with the similar issues that non-commercial devices come with.
Thanks, yeah the only other option I’m considering besides waiting for Handy 2 or SR Pro would be the Fun SR1. But it also sounds to be not super reliable without maintenance. The SR Pro is just built around a much better motor option, so as long as the other components function well it should be ideal.
tl;dr go get FunSR Pro ASAP
The issue with SR strokers are that they are kinda experimental. You’re better off with the handy.
Handy I did not like everything goes through them.
Plug for Autoblow.
There seems to be a little misinformation on this device.
- the sleeves are open ended. The sleeve holder has a vent cap at the end that allows for different levels of suction power but it’s really not a major difference between open or closed as even when closed there is still a bit of airflow.
- having had both the Fleshlight and the Autoblow I can see that the FL sleeves MIGHT fit but the holder is definitely smaller than the FL dimensions.
- that being said, I don’t notice any difference in actual feel between the two types of sleeves. I do however have 5 of the AB sleeves and 4/5 are fantastic and very different (the completely smooth anal one is really boring and non stimulating to me). And I actually feel the texture differences in the AB more than in the FL.
- the motion / action of the AB is absolutely incredible. Very lifelike and when well scripted really feels like what’s happening on screen is happening to me. The range of motion, speed, vibration, etc are all really fantastic and have been well worth the money paid for the AB.
- the ability to build my own scripts, download them from here, use the AB library (very limited and hard to navigate), and faptap.com all bring a great deal of variety.
- the AI “girlfriends” are a nice touch. Just tell them what you want them to do and away you go. There’s no personality in them at this time other than a few overly used catchphrases based upon what Little personal bio they’ve each each character. The major advantage to them is that it’s a very fast response if you tell them to go faster or slower or whatever. Also they will change patterns on a typed command.
- The noise level can be a bit much. But I use mine under a comforter with an extra blanket and that dampens the noise pretty well.
- I can have 2-3 hour sessions switching easily between videos. All totally hands freee.
- there have been some posts about the amount of line needed, I haven’t needed to re-lube more than a couple times and that depends on the sleeve and the angle I’m at (on my side or standing the lube can leak out the base, on my back or sitting the lube remains in place (I use Lube Life).
- the more I use it the more it’s clear that the quality of the script plays more a role than just about anything. There’s one video I use for finishing - I’ll go through 10-20 short videos, a few PMVs, etc before getting to where I’m ready.
- Once finished the resulting liquids are very easily contained inside the sleeve if you’re quick about putting the cap back on. This allows me to use it, close it, set it aside and pass out instead of wasting that lost orgasm time cleaning and putting things away. (This is identical to the FL)
- Overall it feels like an FL but I do NONE of the work. This allows me to have sessions of a duration I could never have before given that I’d just wear myself out. The AB is incredible and given that the ONLY two downsides I’ve encountered are the noise and a lack of sites beyond fun.autoblowme and faptap that directly connect to the AB, it’s an absolutely fantastic choice that I don’t have any regrets purchasing (except for the anal sleeve - just not worth it unless you like a totally smooth sleeve).
Hope this helps.
Here to second this opinion, i’ve had the autoblow AI ultra for well over a year now, and this device is a tank.
Works perfectly with quest 3 and SLR, works perfectly with downloaded videos+scripts.
The sleeves are very good, i’ve owned fleshlights for the last 10 years and I can tell they are very comparable. The sleeves are smaller than fleshlights imo. maybe they are compatible but I did not feel the need to try it. They are open ended just like fleshlights, with the same type of case with a twist cap at the end to adjust suction, but honestly I do not see much difference between fully closed and any level of opened. Does feel good anyway.
I’ve had multi-hours sessions (from 3 to 8) with the autoblow AI ultra and it never gave up, still is a tank as of today. For lube, you lube it up at first, and never or very rarely need to add more after.
It is a fairly bulky unit, but you can easily lean it against yourself if you’re sitting back relaxed in rhe couch and it’ll stay there so you don’t need to hold it at all. You can also use pillows to keep it in place and with it’s weight it’ll stay there.
Not gonna lie, it’s my first device like this, I was hesitating a lot before buying considering the price; but i am 200% satisfied with it.
Laying slightly back in the couch, paired with a quest 3 on SLR was one of the most amazing experience in my life.
Handy 2. I have a kirroo Keon, which I bought at the time because most options where unreliable and the other was that big batwing thing. The power blow has been a good addition but not really for aftermarket and scripting. The Keon itself is just a handy in a massive case. No good mounting options, can’t go that fast nor a large stroke length. All the software is crap. I think I would have rather the handy and payed for tokens.
