Yes, this is something to always consider. If an Onahole is too tight, you risk slipping out. And that’s bad ^^ Better to choose a more wider Onahole. Easier and safer to use with devices.

Cool Onahole, but very tight. Not really useable with devices because of that. You would risk to slip out all the time.
