Just adding my two cents in case this gets revisited in the future.

There’s nothing wrong with deepfakes or depictions of real public figures doing things they didn’t “consent” to do, so long as it’s clear that the material is fake. It’s only an issue when something manufactured is presented as real.

That’s morally, ethically, and legally (in sensible jurisdictions).

I don’t think deepfakes are getting unbanned but you could make a topic here Site Feedback and explain why it should be unbanned.
