Video Storage, best method?

I like the idea of Stash, but it’s browser only which causes a lot of issues such as no h265 support, which makes it practically useless for me as my entire library is 4K h265.

It would be nice to see a standalone application

EDIT: And no, I do not consider using Edge as a viable option
