Vr video file not playing for scripting?

Hi, im trying to script Vr vids and only have access to chromebook at this point in time, when playing the video only the sound is coming through, is there a way around this, maybey conversion, im lacking in laptop experience so is there any easy steps to actually see the video otherwise i guess my vr scripting is over..

Ive found something called cloudconvert but it wouldnt be legal as its a website not an app ?
