I apologize in advance because this is slightly off topic but in my opinion this would be script related to AI. One thing I noticed is there are a lot of scripts for solo scenes. I would think it would be much easier for an AI to script a solo scene rather than have a human scripter make them. My personal opinion is that these scripters could be focusing on human-made scripts for non-solo content as that seems to be the most widely sought after in this community.
As someone who does not watch solo scenes, could someone explain to me the need to make scripts for them? I feel since they are not interacting with anyone a random stroke generator could accomplish the same thing. I know that everyone has their own preference and that is why I hope somone explains it, thanks!
Also just a general update. We are generating Same Day AI scripts, regenerating old AI scripts and few more from most requested list. It 20+ new AI scripts every day in average.
Pushing to get the whole database scripted starting next week
You talking about stuff like the StasyQ videos? The scripts just go to whatever background song is in the video. I’d rather have them than not. With a script going you have enough blood gone from your brain to watch the whole thing. Watching them dry is too boring, even if the girls are fine as hell.
I, somehow, missed this when it was first announced. Although it won’t fully replace hand-crafted scripts, this is an amazing step forward for scripting. I can’t wait to try using the AI assisted scripter for some older VR scenes without scripts.
Also, I’m so happy to hear smartphones getting some love again.
It’s interesting that SLR is pushing the idea that you can get the newer AI scripts when they come out considering what I learned today. I was looking to download a newer version of an AI script I got with my renewal and I realized none of them were in my scripts on SLR. I emailed their support team and this was their response.
Considering that “courtesy” costs additional money when you signup it certainly doesn’t seem like a courtesy at all. I wanted to let everyone know so they aren’t under the false assumption like I was reading all these SLR posts here that they could get the newer AI scripts. You can only get them if you specifically purchase them separately. In my opinion these are some very bad business practices.
I mean, this is pretty typical of streaming services. You’re subscribing to the service, not purchasing individual pieces of content from them.
It’s not like you can sign up for Netflix and then just rip everything you want from there. Well, you can with the right no-how, but it’s not part of the expected streamer - service deal.
True, I just wanted to make sure everyone was aware considering SLR keeps talking about how you can always get the newer versions of the AI scripts. I didn’t realize that was only in certain situations.
gotta hand it to SLR in all fairness, they really really have nailed it, having now tried a bunch of scenes with these AI scripts on SLR including some old favorite scenes of mine that have been on my fave list for years, awesome, very impressed, no complaints with these scripts, now i just feel bad for the scripters
Haha, I have to disagree. What they have accomplished is certainly very impressive and definitely getting there, it’s just not the same as hand-scripted content. Maybe I’m too picky, though. For me, if a script is even a tiny-bit off, it destroys the immersion. The hand-scripters here and on SLR are absolute masters at their craft. The AI is not quite there, yet.
1.0.1 scripts and up are less accurate as they are minimally acceptable Pretty much everything before that is trash busted clock material that gets it right here and there, but broadly misses. This would be great for old scenes that will likely never get scripted. I just don’t get why they add AI scripts to scenes that already have human scripts when so many scenes remain unscripted.
