What exactly qualifies as an integration tool here?

Is this meant for any software used to make or support game/device integrations (just not an actual game mod release), for example something like EDI? Or is it only for tools/add-ons that are used alongside those kinds of integration-software?

I was considering posting this Unity plugin here for example, but not sure if it qualifies:

It also looks like the required device tags, such as osr2 sr6 the-handy can’t be added to topics made in Software > Integration Tools, as if they need to be added to a “Devices” tag group first.
