Hi, so far i’ve look at sites like otanaJP and ToyDemon but shipping fee is ridiculously high for where i live. For context, i live in Europe and most of those sites have 100+ in shipping costs. Are there any alternatives i can look into?

Also looking for a good site for onahole lube. Ran into same issues with shipping fees being like $30+ for US.
It seems you already got the big two already; In addition there are also sites like Kanojotoys. Since you’re in the EU you also have Motsutoys as an option.
If shipping and pricing is the issue Amazon itself usually has a pretty solid selection without the heavy price tag. Reddit probably has a much more extensive list of these types of websites so that might be the next place to look.
I second KanojoToys, but mainly use ToyDemon since I’m in the US. They do have a coupon code for $5 off every $75 for international shipping, but I don’t think it’s worth.
KanojoToys has a lot of things that ToyDemon discontinued, so that’s another plus.

Their selection is pretty small, but it’s the only place where the shipping costs don’t go to $100 and over for me.

Kanojotoys seems to be 120$ in shipping. Motsutoys on the other hand is 15$ but they don’t have variety of products. Prolly still the better option though.
