My Steam deck doesn’t detect any movements when I try to run games with Device Integration
Some should work but would need some effort getting going.
I have a Windows gaming server I use when I cant get things working on the deck and use either steamlink or moonlight to stream.
If there’s something you wanna try I can give it a shot and try getting it working.
I think the main issue I have is that when I launch something with EDI, it can detect my handy or any other device but when I also launch the game, it doesn’t do anything to the device. I am launching them through Steam’s proton if that means anything.
Make sure you run them in the same proton sandbox.
You probably have to make a bash script that runs both edi and the game, then tell steam to run that bash script.
Do you know where I can find the information to learn how to do that? I’m not too familiar with writing scripts and my previous attempts at trying to launch two applications in the same Proton sandbox ends up steam only allowing one application to run at a time.
