Based off of intensity, ease of use, discretion (how loud the device is), and adaptability to user's own personal setups, what device would be a step up from "The Handy"?

I’ve been using the handy for about a year now, and though she’s still stroking as good as the day I unboxed it, I’m left with a desire for a newer, better setup.

Firstly, I love the handy and it is very capable of intense and fun sessions, don’t get me wrong. I feel it lacks in some departments, simple vibrations, and stroking can go a long way, but I feel there is something missing. More intensity, more speed, more challenge.

I love how easy the handy is to use, despite my inability to utilize the bluetooth features (they’ve never worked for me) neither has intiface. I’ve made my own scripts and had the pleasure of testing hundreds if not thousands here. I would love a device as easy to jump into and explore with as the handy.

Discretion is paramount. Can’t have a jackhammer going at 11pm on a Monday.

The setup is the worst issue with the handy IMO, it took me months to finally square away a halfway decent hands free setup. From crackhead-esque DIY’s to Temu Macgyver, setting up my handy to work from a 36 inch desk has been an absolute fucking nightmare.

Thanks for taking the time to read through, I’ve been considering some devices, but if you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

Higher speed in general would be handy 2.
More axes would be osr2.

Its worth to note that the osr2 highly depends on the servos that are being used.

The osr also has the advantage that its easy to mount onto a table. Where for the handy2, while it improved compared to the handy1, still relies on a flexible arm that might be clumsy depending on how you place it and sit. The handy 2 on that is easier to angle for a hands free setup where the osr is usualy fixed position.

I dont know about the funsr or other machines though, some of these might still be better than a handy2, or have more convenient mounting.

Sound wise, most devices arent too loud, but the sound profile can be diffirent. The OSR is for example a higher pitch sound, which makes it sound louder. And you generaly would only want to go for ‘silent’ servo’s. There are some sellers on this site here that make these as the defaults are generaly more loud.

But even then, if i would compare it to a vaccuum cleaner, all these devices are silent enough that you wont hear them above that sound. Which might not be fair as comparison, but tells a lot if for example you cannot hear the neighbors using a vaccuum cleaner.
Volume wise i would actualy say that taking a shower is usualy of similar volume (although, the pipes through the wall can make this a lot more audible than it realy is, most of the time this is what you hear rather than the shower itself)

From my personal experience.

I have the Autoblow 1, VēDO Hummer, keon, the handy, and now the VacuGlide2.

The VacuGlide 2 is the quietest but is the most expensive with an msrp of about $1,000.00. I did get mine for about $700 during their Christmas special pricing (plus they gave me about $80 off because the day after I placed my order there was a promotion that added some accessories and they were unable to cancel my order because it had already shipped so they gave me a refund for the difference which was nice).

The VacuGlide 2 is on a different level than the others, I can’t even go back to them now. I tried my handy the other day just to see and I couldn’t even enjoy it. Then I tried my keon after and that was meh…

I will definitely never go back to a linear, gear driven, stroker.

But that is just my opinion on feel, the sound is definitely factual… the VacuGlide 2 from my list of personally owned devices is the most quiet device I have.

It makes hardly any sound (since the motor and piston are enclosed in a hard aluminum shell).
At full speed it barely makes a swooshing sound.

More of the same but better is Handy2.
New axises for a new range of motion would be OSR2, SR6, FUNSR with a twist.
Worse experience(in terms of range and speed) but better eas of use would be Keon.

Handy2 is more of the same but more new and improved, tho its still within its release window and a lot of people are reporting issues.

OSR2 and SR6 are multi-axis devices that tilt and move the stroker in ways beyond a simple up/down motion. People have been able to recreate circular grinding as if someone’s doing a bellydance. And with the twist module it can spin the entire sleeve one direction as it goes down and then the other way going up. Previous poster said that OSR is in a fixed position, thats only in the case of using the desk mount that’s usually provided by sellers. Most people buy a monitor arm since the devices are vesa mount compatible, so you can move and adjust the position.

So I would not recommend the Keon normally despite being a user of it, but it seems like some of the issues seem relevant. You don’t technically need a handsfree setup, the device is sturdy enough to prop it against yourself and a table.

Overall the Keon is worse than the Handy in terms of performance. However the company behind the Keon have been making more devices compatible with the Keon stroker case. At the moment if you have the newest case, it is compatible with their independent suction device(Powerblow) and their vibration device(Powershot). So you could theoretically have a device that sucks, strokes and vibrates. HOWEVER, neither the blow and shot are currently compatible with Intiface, so you’d have to just run them unsynced.

The other thing is, Kiiroo dropped teasers towards the Keon2. If it keeps the same form factor but improves the internals to compete with the Handy, it might have an actual equivalent alternative to theHandy.

I keep thinking about the VacuGlide2. I can’t really justify the price, but I am tempted nonetheless. Can it be synced to videos with funscripts like the other toys? Jeez, at $1,000 it’s not a toy anymore…

It can be sync’d

It is a bit different as far as what linear devices are with sync’d but it is such a better feeling it makes up for it.
Mostly because you are dealing with a pneumatic driven pump stroke vs a motor driven linear stroke.
There is a bit of difference.

Add in the suction/pump valve mechanics and it is amazing.

I also added in vibration from a sync’d gamepad modified so the motors are attached to the pump to give gag vibrations, but that’s another topic of discussion.

By itself it feels on another level compared to the typical stroke devices we are accustomed to.

Sync options are the website provided by AutoBlow creators or VacuScripter which provides local funscript compatibility as well as compatibility with handy connect games/sites. VacuScripter allows VacuGlide 2 to interact/connect with games/sites that connect/control the handy device.

And yes, the VacuGlide 2 is more of an appliance not a toy.

It is solid built and sturdy.

It has a full metal shell with it’s own cooling fan.

Compared to the plastic of the keon or the handy, that you feel might strip a gear if they get stuck (though I believe they both have a safety feature that shuts them down if the drive motor gets seized or frozen), the VacuGlide 2 feels like a professional grade piece of equipment.

Happy to hear you are having a great time with VacuGlide 2 and appreciate the build quality. By the way, our manufacturing partner tried to get us to use a different kind of metal for the shell that they would paint to look like the actual current extruded aluminum. I said, “No way!”

By the way, in the time since you purchased it, you can now create your own customized VacuGlide stroking routines and save them as modes to share with others. There was no way to announce this except by email and on Reddit, so probably there were many users who don’t know that this option now exists.

Nice! I really do enjoy the VacuGlide 2. Glad you stuck with the current shell, it really does add to the aesthetic look of the VacuGlide 2.

I saw that in an email, about the customized stroking and saving them.

There were a few things I felt were missing with the VacuGlide 2 available software, which motivated me to create VacuScripter.

VacuScripter (forum link) let’s users use existing funscripts and handy connect games/apps/websites with the VacuGlide 2 as well as having paired buttplug.io devices active along side the VacuGlide 2 ( I use a paired modified gamepad for a rumble effect by attaching the rumble motors to the penis receiver so the rumble effect actuates along with the script) locally. Along with that, VacuScripter has a suction/pump function that actuates the valves during script play which also changes the rumble pattern to simulate gag reflex as well.

In addition, the feature I was missing the most with the VacuGlide 2 was being able to use DeoVR in my Oculus 2 to control my device and VacuScripter provides that function as well.

Using my VR with VacuGlide 2 via VacuScripter v1.0.32.0 (Microsoft Store Web Link) has been a blast!

Though my wife feels a bit neglected lately, kind of a necessity to test my software especially when troubleshooting bugs/issues.

Handy 2 has a lot of issues currently he should get an osr 2 or 6 if he wants faster speed a funsr1 or funspro should be faster than a handy 1 and 2

Vaccuum milkers are nearly always relatively quiet, because it a rotary engine, which are extremely simple as engine type. The only one that is a bit louder of the high end ones is the serious kit due to using a compressor.

But i can already tell that for stroking power a handy or osr provides a lot more power. Its just that the vaccuum on these machines is that strong and other machines have no chance of even remotely competing with it.

Its just a completely diffirent sensation.
