Grab a large fur throw and put it over the small rig mounting arm, so it falls over the handy and on your lap its great its actually warmer then to add lube just lift up easy. Noise reduces quite abit 
other than that slow bjs, oh did you know that you can just reduce the video speed that works wonders for super fast vids. Hope that helps.
Or a thick fur onezie. The thicker the better for noise reduction plus some music xD
