It’s most likely corrupt because MediaInfo shows absolutely no information about the file except the file name. This means that the mp4 container is most likely damaged or the file is not an mp4 file.

I have KLite codec pack but is said “cannot render the file”

maybe the video is DRM protected?

Why would someone upload a DRM protected file on tez… Also, tez can generate a preview so it shouldn’t be DRM protected. Try downloading it again and see if it was a corrupt transfer that you experienced, or try finding an alternative source.

i use premium downloader, was that the problem?

I don’t know. Try downloading it again and see if it solves the issue.

Ran into similar problems with upscaled vr vids and it was the codec encoding for me.
