Took me a minute to find but this was my response to SLRs terms:

That’s a license agreement rather than a copyright enforcement. Their agreement can’t change the law. Not legally enforcable unless SLR owns the scripts copyright. This is a given. You can’t own a work you created the derivitive for. Terms agreement that you can’t sell your scripts in ways that violate this agreement This might violate most favored nation legalese.
