I wanted to ask the community if they use the handy 2 pro plugged into the charger during use or not. I saw on the website that it is possible (https://www.thehandy.com/blog/why-your-the-handy-2-needs-the-right-usb-c-charger-and-how-to-pick-one/)
with the recommended charger but wanted to ask if anyone has done so? Why or why not? If yes are you overclocked or not? How long have you use it plugged in? Do you notice anything off when plugged in?
I cannot use it plugged in because of the positioning of the socket and the screws, doesn’t work with my hands free setup.
H2P. I always use mine plugged in. I have a non-Handy charger though. I use it overclocked. It’s been plugged in since I got it in November last year.
The main reason I leave it plugged in is because I don’t want to have to remember to charge it. @handyAlexander has mentioned that there’s small boost to motor performance when using the H2Pro plugged in as well.
I avoid having it plugged in after I’ve read about people having issues with the connector. I don’t want to risk to trip over the power cord and damage the USB-connector.
Same here, mine is in a fixed position.
I always use it plugged in.
I have mine always plugged in when in use…no issues so far.
