Hello,
I am working on a script of an only fan creator that’s certainly paywalled ¬ It certainly explains why it probably doesn’t exist here in the full format.
Anyways I pirated it and was wondering if I can post my script if I just post a download link. Looking at the rules it seems, most likely a rule break. I wanted to double check though, i did see where it says “external links” only so not sure if a download link would work.
Lastly, Loli/ CGI-Loli still banned? I imagine its grandfathered in?
I did see the stipulation of “no chracters based on real people - no realistic CGI” Which is fair.
Sorry for the dumb questions, thank you for the clarification.
You can post a script topic with your script attached. For the video link, you can link the performer’s OF post.
If you want to share re-uploads of the video you can use any file-sharing service such as Mega, Pixeldrain and Gofile. You can’t share torrents and probably shouldn’t post the video as a direct attachment to the post.
As for loli content, it’s allowed and has to be tagged as loli. It just can’t be super realistic.
Just too bad too much taboo and degenerate stuff not really being posted due to law and order.
I was more or less just concerned about posting the paid links. Almost done the script too, or at least the 6 minutes of riding i cropped and exported from a video maker.
I don’t think the rule was made due to law and order if that was the case all depictions of lolis would be banned I think the distinction between anime aesthetic 2d/3d being allowed and realistic 3d or game cg not being allowed is more so due to morals and a personal justification as to just not wanting it on the platform.
As for paid links many scripters choose to do that because they want to support the creator/studio and they’ll add a tag saying no free links are allowed you don’t necessarily need to even post the video in the topic as long as the topic doesn’t have the no free links tag anyone can link to a free source.
First of all I’d urge you to link to the creator’s pay site / social media which should be the etiquette.
You can point to an external platform (e.g. a video or file hosting site) that hosts the media.
But you don’t have to do this in your post, and you can also enforce that no such links are shared in the thread if you use the no-free-links tag alongside a warning message.
Exception are creators who have contacted us requesting none of their pay-walled media are shared on the forum >> Artist publishing requirements. Currently this only includes BlobCG.
Torrent is not allowed.
Photorealistic lolis are banned.
Pic 1 is not okay, pic 2 is okay (Diana from Pragmata, Capcom).
I think it’s just better to say non anime aesthetic cgi/3d a lot of what is on atf is just scripts for videos that include models from games that are decades old not really “photorealistic”.
Oh okay, This makes more sense, not that you cant post links to paywalled content, but its more of a “hey i want the creators to get paid so we have more content in the future”. Also of course the wishes of the hard working scripters. Also in a lot of ways, its not that hard to find videos unless they are 100% lost media…
Yeah its the PhotoRealistic, because the 3D work has gotten that good and that has basically been not allowed in most places because its too realistic, if that makes sense. MMD loli’s wouln’t really be an issue, and well honestly, I have posted here hoping a mod/admin would say something to be honest.
Oh yeah and to add to the whole thing - depicting real people - underage is also illegal. But most people interested in this type of art already to know that.
mmd lolis are anime aesthetic, 3d game models are not photorealistic. Non anime aesthetic 3D doesn’t automatically = photorealistic is what I was saying. I obviously know about very realistic models existing but video game models are not photorealistic I said this in the message you quoted. You can go to atf and see what scripts are there it won’t literally be photorealist or look very real.
The jurisdiction that hosts the content explicity states that fictional depictions of underage appearing characters is fine but explicity disallows “realistic depictions”. It’s a law I have to abide by.
I dont remember seeing any photorealistic animations, they appeared for about a week before they were scrubbed, probably due to the law that was stated below. Well I learned something new,
Also thank you @vladetheimplier I will just DM mods, didn’t know I could do that…
