Exporting Video Issues

I personally do not have the knowledge to confidently fix or find the issues I come across when exporting videos from capcut. Now this may just be a capcut issue, but at least 20 separate instances of clips freezing/stutter momentarily before changing to a new clip, in the exported video. There is no delay between them nor are they frozen in capcut during editing. They are frame to frame fine before exporting. I also find that some clips appear to look like the they are in “slow motion” on the exported video when other clips on the same frames do no have this happen. I’m guessing this is because of a frame rate difference between the clips and I think I can improve that by adding frames or making the clips frame rates match… but that is just a guess.
Any help or advise is appreciated. Once I am happy with the video I will finish the script and share.

(I fixed the 2 big crop issues (at roughly 21:30 and 31:15 minutes) that I missed. I also fixed the couple pixel bars in between the clips since I’ve exported it last)

I’m not familiar with capcut, but

sounds like you’re stitching together videos that have different framerates.

Might want to try something like Davinci if you’re looking to do this in a more professional way.
