I sent an email some time ago informing you of one user (there are now multiple users) that continues to share scripts lifted from EroScripts. This particular user does credit the original script creator, sometimes. I ask again, does it not stipulate in the terms of service for your website that users will only submit scripts that they themselves have created?
@Goodstuff I am hopeful that they will take care of this situation, but please do keep us posted on the progress if you are willing.
We always delete the videos with scripts that donât belong to the user who published it. We just need to get an email about it. We cannot check every script people upload.
If you have the technical solution for it, please share. It would be helpful.
This is yet another user uploading scripts created by others. I stopped emailing your support about this as it seemed that many scripters here were not particularly concerned about their scripts being shared. Additionally, the user I contacted you about still has all of the scripts posted to your site. As I am now seeing Goodstuff bring the issue up again, I note that some DO take offense to having their scripts shared elsewhere.
As for the technical solution, I believe that would be something the community manager would want to discuss with admins or management. I would offer that, until an automated solution can be created, manual review of the less than a dozen scripts per day that are submitted to FapTap would be something that is easily doable.

We received only one email with a complaint about this user, and we deleted the video he uploaded (the script came from Patreon). After that, we did not receive any further emails.
We always take these issues seriously and handle them as quickly as possible.
Plus technically itâs not possible to check if the script was created by the user itself or downloaded from Patreon.
If this user uploaded Your script just send us email and will handle it.

Iâd argue it wouldnt be easy. Lets start with the easy âsearch for it on ESâ. Just because you search for something and it pops up on ES doesnât mean the uploader did not create a version themselves. There are several videos on here that are double scripted, and looking at the heatmaps they are virtually identical. In fact some of them are so close you would have to really start comparing the individual points to find the difference.
You could do direct comparisons, but this would require access to the scripts that are behind paywalls. and I think expecting them to subscribe to every patreon that might be the OG source is a little unrealistic.
The best bet is fingerprinting. Leave a signature in all of your funscripts and only tell Faptap. They could then create an archive of all those fingerprints and scan funscripts for them to prevent even needing to be emailed. And while I donât think its possible with the likes of patreon, if you can make that fingerprint unique to each of your patreons, you could then figure out which ones are stealing your scripts and ban them from your patreon to prevent it from continuing to happen.
First of all, let me ask the question. What is Faptap for? From what I remember FT 2.0 was created so that users could basically plug and play content, no complicated software configurations and downloading of scripts and videos. And that content was to be contributed by the Script Creators. This was not supposed to be a user driven content site.
If this is no longer true please disregard the rest of this post. If true, I think users of FT need to be reminded of this, and consider the rest of my comments. Reminder Iâm not a creator, just long time member of ES, interactive toys owner and enjoyer of scripts. Sorry for long post and a slight rehash of my previous comments.
In my opinion, you donât need to be check if the script was created by the user or downloaded from Patreon. You and your team should be better at vetting creators. If the Creator roster is truly made up of creators, you donât have to worry about bad infringing uploads. Creators should be sharing only their own work to FT.
I donât know the conditions your site moderators/admins are using to determine if a user can become a Creator. As brought up by @sim0nsez for example, the creator SuckingTime. How did he get Creator status? His profile clearly states he did not create any of the currently 137 scripts in his channel!!! Has he asked the actually scripter permission to post on Faptap? In the latest FT upload (of a script posted only 2 days before on ES), he links to the referring ES post, but after checking, there are no comments there. No one has commented about asking permission to post or better yet ask the scripter to post himself on FT. I think we can agree that just posting the referring ES post in FT, does not give you the permission of the Script Creator.
There may be other scripting communities, but it seems the majority of the scripts are being lifted from ES, so for starters, I believe every Creator should be on Eroscripts and have posted a certain number of scripts before even being considered eligible to be a Creator on FT. This makes them active with the community and easier for your team and overall script community to validate the user is an actual script creator. Then FT posts must contain reference to their own Eroscript post, Pateron or other script location. And so onâŚ
I think your current system of having to email everytime there may be an issue, is cumbersome for the creators and probably you and your team. I know you are busy developing the AI stuff, but how hard is it to make a Flagging system? A system that the community can use to Flag your mod team, that there may be an issue with a post or creator, like here on ES. Also use the system to flag when a video source no longer is available, or there is an alternate source is available.

I feel like Faptap was a cool idea, but like honestly someone could vibecode something better in like a day at this point. I like how theyâre archiving HQ videos though these days.
I suspected stuff like this was happening, but am glad to confirm it fully now.
Since this is an ongoing issue the site creator is purposefully not addressing, I will not visit the site anymore, and will recommend others to do the same going forward.

Faptap has always been intended as a plug-and-play platform where Script Creators share their own original workânot a user-driven repost site. We do take infringement seriously: we delete videos, block users, and remove Creator access. But as with anything on the internet, once content is posted, thereâs always the risk it gets copied and reposted elsewhere.
We also now provide FapAI, which lets users create their own scripts directly, giving them a way to enjoy new content without relying on reposts. On top of this, weâre reviewing our Creator vetting process and plan to introduce a community flagging system to make moderation faster and easier. But adding fingerprinting as @macgyver mentioned would be helpful for us to track the ârobberâ.
