Funscript Merger?

I’m looking for a very basic program (preferably webserver) that can just merge funscripts. For example, If I have a Funscript A that is 1 min long and Funscript B that is 1 min long, I would like to be able to create Funscript C that is just A+B and is 2 min long.

Is there anything out there that is simple to install or is on a webserver? Thanks
