I use a stanley vice to hold my handy and sometimes i don’t know if i put a lot of “force” when i try to hold it or why but the stroke lenght of the device starts to feel weird (like it goes from 0-100 to 0-15 or 0-20) i try to be cautious with that stuff to not break the case of the handy but still sometimes despite i force it really “soft” the device still do it…
So when that thing happen i usually went to handyfeeling website and see in wich “amplitude” the stroke lengh is my device to change it back to 0-100 but now with the new “improvements” that the page has (more towards the last firmware versions) the page never showns the “correct lengh” of my device im having…
Now my only “way” to know if my stroke lengh is tampered or not is going to FapTap and see how is the amplitude.
So i want to know if there is a way i can change it on ScriptPlayer because it really bother me when i CLEARLY know that the device is not working properly…
And NO i don’t want to upgrade the firmware to the 4.0 version because i already tested it and not even i downgrade the Firmware of the Handy i downgraded the firmware of script player too because it works bad in the last version if you don’t have the handy updated…
My current setup of Handy and Script Player is:
Handy Firmware: 3.2.3
Script Player version: 1.2.1
So can somebody help me in that regard or tell me some player wich can reproduce a playlist of scripts with my handy on “Wi Fi” mode (because Multi Fun Player can’t reproduce that) because i tend to watch A LOT OF SCRIPTS together and i don’t want to put one script at a time on funscript.io or handyfeeling to watch.
On the range option you can control the stroke length of the device
I think this is what you want if I understood you correctly, should solve your problem mate!
There is a very good chance that these buttons might be accidentaly pressed, depending on how its held by the vice. And this might happen just from vibrations in a script as it could knock the device back and forth enough to press the button a few times.
Since the setting can be read in handyfeeling, its unlikely resistance causes this, as that would just halt the device entirely with a blinking light (an error state).
It could be because i use the handy in “diagonal” position (like 45°) and usually i hold the device by “the head” so the steel bars of the handy “touchs” those buttons…
You think this is the problem? Should i use the handy in an “inverted” position to avoid that? Because its happening now when i put the device in that position never happen when i put the device in 90°.
Just tested it, if you have your device manually set for example from 0-30 of stroke range and then you use the setting range on scriptplayer to set it from 0 - 100, it will immediately overwrite the setting in the device (not only for the single script) to the one you selected there so that will work to fix exactly what you described.
If it keeps changing range as you use the device even after that, then there is most likely something changing the range on the hardware itself probably, like mentioned above, make sure you don’t have anything on top of the buttons or making pressure into them because during use it might be pressing the button and constantly changing the range of the strokes
