I know that this review is really long so I added a quick summary of my main points. This is my first time ever posting so I am not good at formatting but here we go.
TLDR
- Packaging is very safe with lots of bubble wrap and foam on the button so it will likely not break in shipping
- Very strong and quiet but the twist is louder than I was hoping. I wish it was quieter but still quieter than using servos.
- Tested with 2.5kg hip and it is easily able to move it up and down (recommended max is like 3kg).
- Have a 3.5kg torso I will test out sometime in the future and write about, but not in this review
- I would highly recommend to anyone looking for more power or more silence for the stroke axis. If you want a quiet twist you can wait for the quiet twist receiver in development to come out. I think it is compatible with the base device so if you want you can just buy now and upgrade later when it comes out but if you do want to make sure to ask FunOSR about it.
Introduction
Hi everyone. I’ve been a long time lurker and don’t really comment or make posts. However, there are not many reviews out there for the FUNSR PRO, so I thought that I should make one. I recently bought the FUNSR PRO I ordered on December 30th 2025 and received the package on January 21st 2026, so around 22 days. The shipping label was made on the 11th and it never changed until it got marked as delivered, so I am blaming FedEX for that, but it came intact at least.
I was not paid to do this review and also I do not have any affiliate code. These are all my honest thoughts just as a normal person who bought it.
For context, I’ve been using a DIY OSR2+. While I like it a lot, it is very loud, so that is the main reason that I bought the FUNSR PRO. I used the 9imod DSC45MG coreless servos 180 for the left, right, and pitch, and the DS35MG 270 for the twist. I accidentally bought the non-coreless one for the twist, but even if it was coreless the volume still would’ve been super loud.
For my setup, I just used the mount that came with the PRO. My desk is also very solid and heavy and didn’t shake even with the hip and using a fast script. It is a 84 by 30 inch desk with cabinets on the left and right side. The tabletop is very heavy too so even though the PRO is heavier, it didn’t affect me much. I also have an overbed table but even the OSR2 was shaking a lot when I tried it with that in bed, so this definitely will not work like that.
For any pictures in the next section, they are just screenshots from unboxing. I wanted to record myself opening it just in case anything was broken, and luckily nothing was. The packaging was very good as you will see.
Packaging and Items
For me at least, it came double just box on box. After opening the outside box you see the inner box and also the other stuff like the straps, wires for the twist, and ac adapter and there is foam on the bottom. On the inner box, that holds everything else such as the main device, there is the inflatable packing, and then inside that, the stuff FUNSR PRO comes in bubble wrap. All of the items that come with it are also in this google doc from the FUNOSR people. Also the arms of the PRO have a sturdy toilet paper roll thing to keep the arms in place which is nice.
I got all the stuff that is listed in this google doc and I will also describe some extra things if you are interested.
- Main Device
- VESA Mount Kit
- Rotation Module (twist)
- Rotation Cable Ă— 2 (Included only if the Rotation Module is purchased)
- USB Cable Ă— 1 (white and braided; over 6 ft so probably a 2m cable)
- Power Supply Ă— 1 (Output is 24V 5A)
- AC Cable Ă— 1 (the one with two holes that looks like an 8)
- Rotation Adapter Ă— 1 (the twist receiver. It was kind of hard to screw it in but apparently that is how they made it)
- Hexagon Wrench Ă— 1: H2.5
Small note: When I ordered it was still not put on Aliexpress, so I got some bonus items. I believe mount and non-twist receiver are included when you buy it early but correct me if I am wrong. I am only sure about the mount. I wasn’t able to get this review out in time before it was listed on Aliexpress so those things might not be included.
Pictures below. I did some markup for some photos to get rid of stuff I didn’t want to show such as shipping labels.
Setting it up
The device is pretty easy to set up. First you just screw in the receiver, which is like 3 screws and the spacer things, and then you connect the cable to the twist. After that, you just install whatever mount you are using and then it is ready to use.
First you connect the power cable, but make sure the switch is off. You want to hold the receiver in the place that is going to be the bottom of the stroke. After that, you power it on and then it makes whatever place you are holding the bottom. It works with both MFP and XTPlayer. You just need to change the COM port to it and it should work.
The only kind of hard part is if you want to adjust the maximum speed or stroke. There is a link to a website in the guide. You should use Chrome for this. Everytime I load this website I have to reload because the first time it only loads the HTML, and refreshes the whole website. The hardest part is that the whole website is in Chinese, but the translation works. The guide tells you what button to press though because it is boxed in a red outline so easy to see. I only did the speed but it was pretty easy. I said this is kind of hard because I am not going to remember how to do this without the guide and it isn’t clear without the guide, but with the guide it is easy.
More Power More Pleasure
One thing I did not expect was for it to be more pleasurable than the OSR2+. Because the PRO has more power, it can also go deeper and I don’t have to worry about it breaking. With the OSR2+ I would make it so that the onahole barely touches, but with the PRO I can make it go all the way down to the base and even squish a little.
With some oral onaholes with teeth, it feels amazing. You can feel the teeth slide all the way down with this instead of just the lips touching.
Volume/ Noise
The stroke is very quiet. Pretty close to silent. However, the twist is pretty loud. When I first got it I tested the twist without an onahole and it was pretty loud. However, with the onahole strapped in the volume does go down. With the onahole in the volume does go down for the twist, but I still wouldn’t use this if I knew others were home or awake. My doors are not soundproofed yet and are hollow core, so I can still easily hear it on the other side of the door.
The twist has noises that make it loud. You can hear the plastic spinning and rubbing against each other and also when it goes the other direction there’s a clicking noise that is really loud. Kind of disappointed with how loud the twist was it doesn’t use the same motors as the stroke so it won’t be as silent. Apparently they are working on a quieter twist receiver that you can just slot in using the cable, so if you care about the sound of the twist maybe hold off for that. I forgot where I saw it but it is in development right now.
If the twist script is slow it is quiet enough though, which is okay I guess. Most of the twist scripts I use have some sort of fast movement that is loud, but when I tried the random twist in MFP it is quiet enough I guess.
I have an air purifier and I would say the fan that comes with the PRO is is loud as the air purifier on a level 1. The stroke is a little louder than this, so not very loud. You could replace this fan if you want it quieter but for me, it is not loud enough that I care to replace it. Even the stroke is louder than this so it is quiet enough.
Mount
The mount is pretty strong. The bottom part that you screw in to tighten it has foam, but the top does not, so it is just metal. I don’t remember why or how I have it but I have some electrical tape but it is like a fiber and is soft, so I just added that to the top to protect my desk just in case. To lock the PRO in place after placing it in the mount, there are two screws and a wedge to keep it in place. I had trouble with putting the two screws at first but when I put it at an angle it started going in so if you had issues that could be it.
I tried mounting it to my desk and also an overbed table. My desk is sturdy and was pretty good with the PRO. However, my overbed table did not like it. It shook around a lot, so if your setup uses an overbed table then I would not recommend it.
Notes about use different onaholes
Other than the power, the max size of the onaholes compatible stays pretty much the same since the twist receiver is the same size as the normal OSR. However, with the open receiver it works for bigger onaholes. I can say for certain that it can easily handle any onahole that can fit in the receiver.
You can skip this little portion but if you are interested, these were some onahole I tested and how I liked them and also just some notes. I didn’t test everything I had, but just ones that I liked. Some of these were too heavy for the OSR so it was nice being able to use them here.
-
Favorite: Nezuko’s Double Tooth Blowjob - I liked the softer teeth but this barely fits in the twist receiver. Have to squish it in a bit but it does fit. The softer teeth don’t hurt as much.
-
Pretty much all of the other oral onaholes felt great to me, especially with ones that have twists. For the oral onaholes with noses, for twists that twist when all the way down there is some friction, but if you make it squish down less it isn’t max much of a problem. The nezuko one didn’t have a nose so it avoided this issue. I’ve tried the La Bocca, the supreme romanticism version of that, and the swimming girl one from onahole.com. They all have noses and they all feel good. However, the both the boccas have hard teeth which are kind of painful when you get closer to the tip.
-
XTC Yandere Onahole - The hole is not centered so the twist will move the hole a lot, which I found increased the chance of slipping out. Also only about half of it fits in the twist anyways, so this is an open receiver one. If you are using a regular script it is fine.
-
Slut Angel DX - Too big for twist. This fits kind of perfectly into the open receiver and is probably about the biggest size onahole that can fit using the straps. I didn’t try using it but I am 100% sure it can handle the weight.
-
Tomax Venus Real Soft - Hole is centered and only part of it doesn’t fit in the twist receiver. Kind of a tight fit but pretty good choice for a non-oral onahole. Still heavily prefer oral onaholes though.
Using with a Hip
Now to some interesting stuff. The PRO is supposed to be able to easily handle 3kg hips with ease, and I can say that it is true. I used a Tantaly Brandi (somehow this is only $20 in the USA with prime shipping and also comes with a small bottle of tantaly lube) and I used the open receiver. The Brandi is 5.5lbs, or around 2.5kg. The waist is too large to use it with the included straps, so I used one I had laying around.
The way I mounted it is not in any way good and WILL damage your hip. It is hard to strap something this heavy in. I literally just wrapped the waist of the hip as hard as I could and was squeezing the waist. It took me about 10 minutes of trying different ways and that was the best one I could find. Even though I wrapped it as tightly as I could, the strap is still stretching on the part that is holding it to the receiver. I only took that one picture before disassembling it but the strap was stretching a lot.
Also when I took it off, there was damage to the hip. The hip is relatively new. I’ve only used it one time and that was just like a normal hip. Since it was only $20 I didn’t really care if there was damage. I just wanted to see if it worked and it worked pretty well. Another concern was the receiver itself. The strapped stretched itself very thin and was hanging on the thin strap hole that is 3d printed, and it might break using this method.
It was slightly louder and I had some issues starting it up but it eventually worked after trying like 3 times. Even though the PRO is moving the hip it is still way quieter than the OSR2+ even with no weight. It is just more proof of how silent it can be.
First, I tried with a slow script, and then medium, and then fast. The PRO was able to handle all of them well and was still very quiet. I am not exactly sure about the speed but in XTPlayer it showed as red and I am counting that as fast. I tested only for about 30 minutes because of my concern of the receiver breaking but the fastest script I tested had a max speed of 673.
I will probably not do it again as I just wanted to test it out. The feeling of the hip bouncing up and down and matching the video was an experience that I have always wanted to try, and it felt good. I remember seeing the post about the Plapbot but by the time I saw it, there were no updates. I can say that this thing does indeed plap when you use it.
In the future when a mounting solution comes out I might do it every so often depending on how easy it is to mount. I also have a VR headset which I also want to try but I probably will not until a good solution comes out in the future. I don’t really like the process of cleaning a hip, but I would definitely do it every so often when a good solution comes out. A good mount for a hip probably isn’t going to use a strap and instead use something like two plastic pieces or something that screws together to be more tight.
I also have a Tantaly Selena which is a mini torso doll. When I tried to fit it around the waist of the torso it fits in the open receiver if you squish it in a little with the included strap. I haven’t tested it yet but I will in the future when I feel like it. I think the max recommended weight is around 3kg and this thing is around 3.5kg so I’m interested to see if it can handle it. When I feel like it or if enough people are interested I can try it out but for now I am just using onaholes with the twist receiver.
I should’ve taken more pictures of this but yeah… It was literally being hanged and the strap got so stretched most of the hip was below the receiver lol
Conclusion
If you are interested in buying this for the power or the quietness for the stroke, I highly recommend it. It is able to handle lots of weight and keep up with fast scripts and all very quietly other than the twist. If the twist you are planning to use is slow then the twist will be quiet.
However, the price is steep. Currently when I bought it, it was $505 with $52 shipping, but there are no tax extra changes, at least in America. Also when I bought it I was still able to get $10 off from using someone’s affiliate code. I don’t have one and forgot who’s I used but you can check out some of the other reviews. For me personally, it was worth it, but it was expensive. You can also buy it on Aliexpress now, but it looks more expensive here. Also there is a twist and twist 2c version which I don’t know the difference of so if you plan to buy on Aliexpress do some research.
Also if you are buying this, make sure you have a sturdy set up. This thing is powerful and depending on how heavy of a thing you use and how fast the scripts are, something like a thin table with only two legs is probably going to shake the table.
I hope my review helps anyone who is interested in buying this. Also if you have any questions, ask below and I will do my best to answer them.
