Can you just send sync updates more often?

Also can you please make a build for my custom rewrite of Edi player?
Add &now={ Date.now() }&game={ gameName }
(date is needed for precise sync and game is needed to allow multiple galleries lie FunscriptPlayer)

Could you port the mod to this version of the game? It’s a nearly complete English translation. Some of the translations are in the .exe.
Currently with this version of the game, the modded .exe works to play the game (with many of the elements of the game untranslated), but EDI doesn’t get the playback commands for the scripts.

I will look into the syncing problem.
Should the “now” and “game” parameters just be send with every /Play post request or all other request like /Stop too? What value should the “game” parameter have? Am I free to chose one myself like “usaecchi”?

  • game parameter should be unique so anything goes. It’s inspired by to4st’s FunscriptPlayer
  • sending game/now with absolutely every request would be preferred (but actually doesn’t matter much for non-action games as ping in below 10ms)
  • for EDI, try sending /Start/<same animation>?seek=<animation progress ms> for sync, should work

The .exe is just the Flash Player bundled with the .swf into a single exectutable. It actually doesn’t matter which player is used to play the swf, the looping animations are laggy in all of them. I am currently also writing a mod for “Wolf Girl with You ~ Full Moon Edition” and in that flash game the loops are not laggy which suggests that the laggy loops in USA Ecchi are caused by the game’s code itself. But I’ve never worked with actionscript or flashplayers before, only for this mod so I can’t say for sure whats the cause

I fixed the synchronisation issue and updated the game mod download link. The mod is now for the english version of the game. The animations should be in sync now with the expense of stuttering when the video playback lags on fast looping animations, which is just the downside of a laggy video that has to be synced to the handy.

Note for the English version: You have to turn captions on to get the English for spoken dialog.

I’d love to test this mod, but it seems my Handy has died (motor’s fine, but something’s wrong with the electronics, and it can’t start up properly, and the few times it does start up, it quickly restarts)… And it’s likely to be months until I can afford to buy another…

I had the same problem when I used the older powersupply of my previous handy. When i switched it out to the new powersupply it worked again. Might’ve been a problem with the powersupply itself or the connector plug

It’s not the plug, but the power supply is a possibility, I don’t have the tools to test it.

Looks like it’s 12V 3A power supply… Shouldn’t be too hard to find a replacement to test… I hope…

The game looks great! Can someone please upload the mod to another server other than pixeldrain? It is blocked in some countries. Thanks for the hard work on the mod!

I keep getting a virus warning for the mod

which anti virus are you using and what is the warning message? Do you also get this message when playing the unmodded game?

The game is fine just the mod imusing windows defender keeps saying trojan detected

Weird, my defender doesn’t display a warning. Anyhow it’s a false positive.
Virustotal also flags the Standalone flashplayer inside the .exe as trojan (link)
I downloaded the used FlashPlayer here which is the link provided in the JPEXS settings menu. The modded game’s swf itself is not flagged (link).
If you are sceptical, you could use JPEXS to decompile the file and audit the content if you want. Or extract the swf and use your own Flash Player.
