Tip: Try another USB-C PD charger. Must be more than 9V output for it to work. 20V is ideal.
My handy 2 pro broke after one month of infrequent use. When I plug it in to charge it, it detects the charger, but it shows a charger fault and will not charge. I’ve tried multiple different chargers and nothing seems to work. I’m getting this crazy error screen on the display with it too.
let the handy team know in their support on patreon best bet for you is to do what I did which is to open the thing up cut the battery out take the lead wires and connect them to a usb-c to dc connector and now i’m able to use the device wired while making sure to set the power of the usb -c to dc cable to 15 volts
Mine just broke too, going to try one of the 6 pin versions of this guy. It should plug right into the main board. I’ll update when I do.
